Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent acknowledged Wednesday that he threatened to “kick ass” during a heated confrontation last year, while firmly denying reports that he threatened to punch the now-acting Director of National Intelligence “in the face.”

The unusual exchange emerged during a Senate Finance Committee hearing, where Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) pressed Bessent about reports surrounding a confrontation between the two Trump administration officials during the summer of 2025.

According to Bessent, one key detail in the widely circulated account was inaccurate.

While he denied threatening.

Shift to air defense war in Ukraine prompts US to rethink aid. There’s no such thing. Once it starts it’ll escalate.

Nuclear limited War? I’ll go for that, just as long as Putin nukes D.C. and leaves the rest of the country alone.

To your surprise the prophecies of our Lord and Savior are on track when all Nations come up against Israel all will be destroyed except those of the Messianac Jews of Israel and those of the Gentile Nations who do not join themselves with those nations that come up against God’s Chosen peoples the very pupal of His Eye.

Look folks , us baby boomers grew up facing the threat of nuke war – it sure wasn’t ‘ fun ‘ . My Dad was in Korea , Mom would take me & baby brother miles away from Orange County , Calif. to either of my Granpa’s Cabins . this to avoid another threat to our young lives ; POLIO . ( Most know the Vaccine – a real vaccine that prevented a disease – wasn’t available until 1956 ) On one hand Mom ‘done good’ , on the other , she drove us in the direction where nuke testing was actively a process in the news ; the testing being done in the deserts surrounding the LA Basin area , incl Orange Co . I’ve always read the news , I read that the soldiers that were told to don the goggles & watch the nuke blasts were all dead within a few years of the tests . More , film companies that filmed in the deserts in AZ , their crews also died shortly after the movies were filmed . My point is , there is NOTHING LIMITED about ANYTHING NUCLEAR , the lasting potency is still a matter of debate – among actual physicists . The Pacific atolls that are used as ” Nuclear Waste ” Containment are leaking folks – they’re concrete domes covering the waste on the ‘land’ area AND in the water and we should add MORE to the mess that was left to us ? And this ; ” We ” have the right to limit a future for our descendants that hopefully , will come ? Because ” World Leaders ” want to play War ??? WE , The People !! don’t think so – Homey ! ( The People ) Won’t play that !!!
