Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) has no trouble standing tall against the left's criticism and insults. The Florida Governor is being attacked for his decision to transport illegal migrants released into the Sunshine State by the Biden administration to wealthy liberal hotspots, like Martha's Vineyard.
Last week, DeSantis transported 50 migrants to Martha's Vineyard, a luxury island where multiple wealthy lawmakers own homes and former President Obama resides. The move caused a meltdown among Democrats claiming the move was inhumane while the governor stood firm in his message that liberal “sanctuary cities” should be responsible for the policies they have themselves endorsed.
“States like Massachusetts, New York and California will better facilitate the care of these individuals who they have invited into our country by incentivizing illegal immigration through their designation as ‘sanctuary states' and support for the Biden administration's open border policies,” DeSantis spokesperson Taryn Fenske told Fox News Digital.
However, despite overwhelmingly voting for immigration policies that are presented by Democrats as compassionate and welcoming, Martha's Vineyard immediately staged a meltdown over the influx of migrants by announcing a “humanitarian crisis” and calling in the National Guard. Remember, the Biden administration has repeatedly claimed for over a year that the situation at the border is absolutely not a crisis.
Some Democrats have even begun calling for federal investigations into DeSantis, accusing the Florida Governor of “human trafficking.”
On Sunday, Massachusetts state Rep. Dylan Fernandes (D) called on the Department of Justice to investigate DeSantis's decision to charter two planes to the small island. Fernandes, a frequent critic of the Florida Governor, says he has communicated with U.S. Attorney Rachel Rollins who is also pushing for a DOJ investigation.
“We are requesting that the Department of Justice open an investigation to hold DeSantis & others accountable for these inhumane acts,” Fernandes tweeted. “Not only is it morally criminal, there are legal implications around fraud, kidnapping, deprivation of liberty, and human trafficking.”
DeSantis has refused to back down. Instead, DeSantis has doubled down on his plan and says he will continue sending migrants to Martha's Vineyard and other liberal hotspots.
“The legislature gave me $12 million. We're going to spend every penny of that to make sure that we are protecting the people of the state of Florida,” DeSantis said.
Over the weekend, DeSantis' spokeswoman Christina Pushaw put Florida Democrats in the hot seat and released voting records on this year's budget which included funding to transport migrants out of Florida, the noted that a majority of Democrats voted in favor of the measure.
While DeSantis may be the Republican taking the heat for transporting migrants out of his state and into sanctuary cities he is not the first lawmaker to make the move. Texas Governor Greg Abbott introduced the Operation Lone Star program to combat record illegal immigration and drug trafficking impacting Texas counties.
Governor Abbott has also chosen to transport illegal migrants from the Lone Star state to other sanctuary cities like New York City, Washington, D.C., and Chicago in protest of President Biden's lack of action at the border.
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has also chosen to follow the Lone Star state's lead and has bussed more than 2,000 migrants to Biden's doorstep in Washington, D.C.
While these so-called sanctuary cities have often prided themselves on their compassion for illegal migrants and the policies they have so publicly endorsed the metropolitan areas have largely failed to appropriately address the influx of migrants. D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowers has called on the National Guard to assist with the influx of migrants, a request which has been repeatedly denied. BAND AID ON A SELF INFLICTED WOUND!
Sending migrants to Democrat cities (regardless how good it feels to do so) only sends such migrants deeper into America and thereby that much more difficult to get rid of.
Instead, they need to be sent back to their countries of origin, if possible, at their own expense or their nations.
Better yet, we need to eliminate all of America’s current unlawful (that is, biblically unlawful, both illegal and legal) border policies, replacing them the Bible’s border laws, beginning with the First Commandment and its statutes and civil judgment.
Today’s open-border agenda isn’t anywhere near America’s biggest border threat:
“For I, saith Yahweh, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.” (Zechariah 2:5)
Without Yahweh, God of the Bible, as America’s principle wall of protection, the border will never be completely secure.
Compounding America’s border problems is that America has become so ungodly that, not only is God not her wall of protection, but He’s become her greatest enemy. America officially rejected Yahweh as her Sovereign and thus His immutable moral law as supreme in 1789 when she replaced Him with We the People as her Sovereign and His moral law (including the First Commandment as America’s principle border and immigration law) for the biblically seditious Constitution as supreme, per Article 6.
It was then that America began her suicidal trek to the precipice of moral depravity and destruction she presently find herself teetering on, being pushed over the edge by alleged Christians and patriots who are bent on promoting the genesis of her national woes as the solution to the problems created thereby.
“[B]ecause they have … trespassed against my law … they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind….” (Hosea 8:1, 7)
Today’s America is reaping the inevitable ever-intensifying whirlwind (including her border and immigration woes) resulting from the wind sown by the constitutional framers and fanned by today’s hoodwinked Christians and patriots who have been bamboozled into believing today’s whirlwind can be dissipated by appealing to the wind responsible for spawning the whirlwind.

The AG Garland should charge, procure, and file Section 14th Amendment, Section 3 against ALL acting parties. He doesn’t need to go looking for more in Texas, although we Texans wouldn’t mind at all if some other governors would pitch in and take a few hundred thousand off our hands and out of our state.
