“They’re stupid people, they know it, their families know it, and everyone else knows it, too! Look at their past, look at their record.”
President Donald Trump lashed out at several prominent conservative commentators, including Megyn Kelly, in a scathing, take-no-prisoners social media post as criticism persists over his handling of the Iran war.
In the post, Trump reportedly targeted erstwhile allies who have spoken out against his recent foreign policy decisions and bellicose rhetoric, calling them “stupid people” and accusing them of undermining the movement.
The remarks underscore growing internal fractures within the MAGA coalition.
As Mediaite reports:
“I know why Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones have all been fighting me for years, especially by the fact that they think it is wonderful for Iran, the Number One State Sponsor of Terror, to have a Nuclear Weapon — Because they have one thing in common, Low IQs,” wrote Trump on his Truth Social platform, adding:
They’re stupid people, they know it, their families know it, and everyone else knows it, too! Look at their past, look at their record. They don’t have what it takes, and they never did! They’ve all been thrown off Television, lost their Shows, and aren’t even invited on TV because nobody cares about them, they’re NUT JOBS, TROUBLEMAKERS, and will say anything necessary for some “free” and cheap publicity.
Trump has long feuded with Kelly, but only recently has his relationship with Carlson gone off the rails. The New York Times reported this week that Carlson was personally advising Trump not to go to war with Iran in recent weeks, but was eventually ignored. Earlier in the week, as MAGA criticism of Trump escalated, Jones went so far as to ask one of his guests about removing Trump from office, saying, “How do we 25th Amendment his ass?”

Not only is Trump losing the war, he has also completely forfeited his legacy and base.

This is panic. They are in a state of panic. And will surround him with fairytales now regarding how much his base loves him and hates Iran.
We are reaching historical levels of delusion.
The backlash stems largely from Trump’s decision to initiate a war with Iran in late February 2026, a move reportedly influenced by a presentation from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Despite skepticism from members of his inner circle, including Vice President JD Vance and CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Trump reportedly responded, “Sounds good to me!” after Netanyahu outlined a plan for regime change.
Kelly has been among the most vocal critics of the decision, criticizing Trump’s rhetoric — including warnings about a potential civilization-ending event — as “completely irresponsible.”
Other conservative voices have questioned the strategy, marking a rare internal divide.
If Trump is going to spend huge amounts of political capital on something ugly and difficult but necessary, it should be mass deportations of every single illegal alien regardless of age or criminal record, and defying every judge who tries to stop him. That is the kind of war,…

What #D chess are we playing now? Just curious.

Trump concluded his remarks by chastising critics while emphasizing his focus on broader national priorities.
As President, I could get them on my side anytime I want to, but when they call, I don’t return their calls because I’m too busy on World and Country Affairs and, after a few times, they go “nasty,” just like Marjorie “Traitor” Brown, but I no longer care about that stuff, I only care about doing right for our Country.
MAGA is about WINNING and STRENGTH in not allowing Iran to have Nuclear Weapons. MAGA is about MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and these people have no idea how to do that, BUT I DO, because THE UNITED STATES IS NOW THE “HOTTEST” COUNTRY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!

This all sounds like an ‘ego trip’ from those who DEMAND that they are correct, and that Trump is wrong … that Trump MUST do what THEY want.
I write again ( as I’ve done on several of these ‘reply’ or ‘comment’ sites ) … if Iran was to be allowed to develop nuclear weapons and missiles with which to deliver those bombs, we, the U.S., would be in a REALLY BAD WAY.
Iran clearly stated that they planned the destruction of our nation.
If we had allowed their plan to mature, the libs and RINOs would be the first to blame Trump for not stopping Iran from having the capability to do it.
And as I also wrote previously; ‘Trump is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t’.
So, libs … get off of Trump’s back before Iran eliminates yours’!
