CNN: Israel Preparing Strike On Iran’s Nuclear Sites

U.S. intelligence has obtained information about Israel preparing for a potential strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

CNN reports this, citing American officials familiar with the intelligence data.

The strikes are being prepared despite the Trump administration’s efforts to reach a diplomatic agreement with Tehran.

According to the officials, it is currently unknown whether Israeli leaders have made a final decision, but there are divisions within the U.S. government over whether Israel will ultimately decide to carry out the strikes.

A source familiar with the intelligence told CNN that the likelihood of an Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities “has increased significantly in recent months.”

The media notes that Israel’s actions, including a potential strike, may depend on its assessment of the negotiations between the U.S. and Tehran regarding Iran’s nuclear program.

“The prospect of a U.S.-Iran deal, brokered by Trump, that does not include the removal of all Iranian uranium, makes a strike even more likely,” a person familiar with U.S. intelligence on the matter shared.
Intercepted communications, as well as surveillance data on the movement of Israeli troops, may indicate preparations for a strike, according to several sources familiar with the intelligence materials.

Among the signs of military activity detected by the U.S. were the movement of aerial munitions and the completion of air force exercises.

CNN reached out to the U.S. National Security Council and the office of the Israeli Prime Minister for comment. The Israeli Embassy in Washington declined to comment.

On May 15, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the United States was on the verge of reaching a nuclear deal with Iran, and Tehran had reportedly agreed to its terms. However, an Iranian source familiar with the negotiations revealed that there are still disagreements in the talks with the U.S. that need to be resolved.

Meanwhile, Iran recently announced the development of the Qasem Basir, an interception-resistant ballistic missile, after their missile strike successfully bypassed Israel’s missile defense systems.

Isn’t it amazing that CNN can scurry around and talk to unnamed sources to alter Iran that Israel may defensively first strike iranian nukes, the nukes iran has repeatedly stated were to destroy Israel yet over 4 years could not see that Biden was mentally and physically failing. Israel has every right to defend itself. as a small country, smaller than New Jersey, it is very vulnerable to even one nuclear weapon.

The US said that an agreement with iran was close, then Iran said major differences remained. This is the same thing that they did with Obama and Kerry, Kerry would announce agreement and the iranians would then deny agreement. It is a game to stall, confuse and delay Remember Iran NEVER signed Obamas’ ‘ageement.
