On Friday, the Trump administration struck a deal not to publicly release the names of FBI agents who played a role in investigations tied to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack.
According to a report from Fox News, the Trump administration cannot release information about the agents who investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot without giving plaintiffs at least two days’ notice so that the matter can be considered again in federal court.
It does not, however, place such a time limit on the dissemination of agents’ identities to other government agencies or the White House.
The agreement by both parties comes after active FBI agents and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents Association, a voluntary agents’ group, sued the Justice Department earlier this week seeking to block the release of any identifying information about FBI agents involved in the Jan. 6 investigations.
The agreement comes just days after FBI leadership said it had provided the Justice Department with a list of agents who worked on Jan. 6 investigations and criminal cases, in keeping with an earlier deadline set by U.S. Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove. Lawyers for the agents argued that any effort to review or discriminate against agents involved in the investigation would be “unlawful and retaliatory” and a violation of civil service protections under federal law.
They also cited “profound concern” that the list of thousands of FBI agents involved would be leaked to the public, threatening their safety.
“Plaintiffs assert that the purpose for this list is to identify agents to be terminated or to suffer other adverse employment action,” lawyers for the FBI agents said, adding that they “reasonably fear that all or parts of this list might be published by allies of President Trump, thus placing themselves and their families in immediate danger of retribution by the now pardoned and at-large Jan. 6 convicted felons.”

J-6 was a complete sham and the FBI should be held to a higher level and be charged with any crimes they have committed. Biden was not allowed to pardon any person that was not “COMMISSIONED” with a crime according to SCOTUS! “Commissioned” means that criminal documents have been filed, regarding any pardon, with the court system specifying the exact crime and the charges being brought against that “Pardoned Person”! If there were no “commissioned” filing there cannot be a pardon on any person. Commissioned only means a formal legal filing of charges regardless of at what stage the proceedings are at. Only that the crime was commissioned (filed with the courts of the exact crime being charged). Joe, you didn’t legally pardon anyone. Go back to sleep and pleasant dreams!
If these agents did not have anything to hide, it would not matter if their names were released or not. The fact that they are fighting so hard to keep their names secret is proof that they did illegal activities on 1/6 and they do not want it known.
But there is no mention of the “lawfare” promulgated by the FBI and the Department of Injustice? Who will be held accountable for the unconstitutional movements of the Biden Administration? Mind you, all those working in the West Wing of the White House are all attorneys. I firmly believe that President Trump did the right thing by dismissing those of high office in the FBI, why? Because “corruption cannot be tolerated unless it comes from the top.” Serpico, that was the beginning of the New York City “Knapp Commission,” to root out police corruption.
So. They are worried someone might come after them? HAHA. They are trained FBI agents, are they not? Are they not good at being FBI agents, or are they scared rabbits?

Then why did the FBI not want the National Guard to be present on Jan. 6th after Trump (POTUS at the time) requested the National Guard be at the Capitol Building early on Jan. 6th! Yet the FBI was going to have thousands of Agents at the Capitol! It does not add up nor make any sense unless there is still a cover-up going on in Washington!! The lying and the cheating and the corruption that went on that day was “A COUP by the DEMOCRATIC PARTY to overthrow the US Government by making Trump look like a villain! This cover-up coup is still going on and Trump’s White House has the right to uncover every detail in a timely manor!!
