Arizona Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego is launching an effort to challenge a new Trump Administration immigration policy that could require many green card applicants to leave the United States and complete the process abroad.

According to a report from The Hill, Gallego is not only seeking to overturn the policy itself but is also pursuing a procedural strategy that could make it easier for Congress to reverse the change.

The dispute revolves around a recent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) policy affecting how certain immigrants obtain lawful permanent residency.

Donald Trump’s director of national security, Tulsi Gabbard, announced the firing of more than 100 employees across 15 intelligence agencies for engaging in sexually explicit conversations on a government messaging platform. This announcement comes after allegations surfaced regarding the inappropriate use of the Intelink chat system, which is operated by the National Security Agency (NSA) and was intended for secure, professional communications.

Gabbard addressed the issue during a Fox News interview, revealing that the conversations, which reportedly included topics like sex, kink, polyamory and even castration, violated the core principles of trust and professionalism. She called it an “egregious violation of trust” and emphasized that those responsible would face severe consequences.

“There are over 100 people from across the intelligence community that contributed to and participated in this,” Gabbard said, adding that she had issued directives to terminate their employment and revoke their security clearances. This decision follows claims made by activists Chris Rufo and Hannah Goodman, who uncovered the explicit content in these chats, which they alleged had been legitimized as part of the NSA’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies.

The chat system in question, designed for highly sensitive national security discussions, was reportedly used by individuals within the intelligence community for extremely personal and explicit topics. Rufo and Goodman’s investigation revealed a disturbing trend where these inappropriate exchanges were defended as part of a broader push to normalize behaviors that aligned with certain diversity initiatives within the agency.

According to Rufo and Goodman, some sources indicated that left-wing activists within the NSA had utilized LGBTQ+ employee resource groups to advocate for personal preferences and behaviors to be recognized as part of their professional duties. These actions, they claim, were supported by higher-ups within the agency, reflecting broader concerns over the intersection of DEI initiatives and the core mission of intelligence agencies.

“These individuals were brazen in using an NSA platform intended for professional use to conduct this kind of really horrific behavior,” Gabbard said, adding that the lack of accountability for such actions had emboldened the participants. She expressed gratitude to the activists for shedding light on the issue, indicating that the investigation may have only uncovered a fraction of the problem.

One individual reportedly discussed their transgender surgery, mentioning how it allowed them to wear clothing without additional undergarments, while others discussed topics like estrogen injections, polyamory and laser hair removal.

In the aftermath of these revelations, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk humorously referenced the scandal, tweeting about his weekly email request for employees to explain what they’ve accomplished. “Well… at least we know what they did last week,” Musk quipped.

The ongoing investigation into these inappropriate actions reflects a broader push to restore accountability and professionalism within the intelligence community, ensuring that national security efforts remain the top priority. While some may value DEI, the breach of trust and the serious nature of the misconduct reveal the flaws of prioritizing inclusivity to the point of relaxing ethical standards in sensitive government roles.

SICK, PERVERTED & Totally Inappropriate, but thats the nature of the liberal mind today and the Administrations that represent them.
Imagine, I cant. WHY? Because my mind is not twisted and perverted as theirs. Not that I am better, I am not, but at least when I stand before God I will know Who He Is and Who I am not, but rather who and what I really am.
