Hunter Biden has filed a countersuit against John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repair shop owner who turned a laptop belonging to the president’s son over to authorities and members of the press three years ago.

Biden’s suit accuses Issac of six counts of invasion of privacy by illicitly distributing his private data.

The counterclaim was filed on Friday in a Delaware district court.

In 2020, Isaac said a man who he believed to be Hunter Biden dropped off three laptops at his store in April 2019, only one of which was salvageable. While repairing the laptop, Isaac said he discovered disturbing material including graphic photos and videos of Hunter engaging in drug use and with prostitutes.

According to Fox News, the customer did not return for the laptop within 90 days and Isaac could not get in touch with him. Isaac said he first searched the emails by keyword in June or July 2019.

Weeks before the 2020 election, the New York Post published materials from the laptop which alleged corruption from then-Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden. Major media platforms then largely participated in a scheme to bury the scandal, outright refusing to report on the laptop’s concerning content or refuting the evidence altogether.

IIRC, the agreement Hunter signed off said if he didn’t claim the laptop after 90 days, it belonged to Mac Isaac.
Pretty normal service agreement that most people don’t pay attention to.

That’s great- Let’s get Hunter into court and have Both sides present their evidence, making it now a matter of both legal and public record.
You can run, but you can’t hide forever. Even delusional Democrats can’t deny the existsnce anymore.

May HB fall flat on his wicked a$$ and justice be served.

The cat is out of the bag. Any lawsuit now is simply vendetta as one might expect from Joe Biden. I’m surprised Hunter would attempt it unless someone convinced him he could make money somehow. Hunter doesn’t seem to have the thug gene from his dad, just the hapless/addictive one. Either way, it would seem that he doesn’t have a strong case, if he signed some kind of normal service agreement.
