Laura Ingraham Quickly Puts An End To Trump Co-Conspirator’s Baseless Claim

Appearing on Ingraham's show, ex-Trump lawyer falsely claimed that he “had lots of evidence of [election] fraud.”

Ingraham quickly interjected, saying that she hadn't seen any evidence of widespread voter fraud while desperately trying not to alienate any die-hard Trump supporters. “I haven't seen that evidence, and I'm always wanting to see everything,” she replied. “I'd love to see that evidence.”

Eastman was booked last week in Fulton County, Georgia after being indicted under the state's Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act along with 18 others, including former President Donald Trump. District Attorney  alleges the defendants ran afoul of the statute when they tried to overturn the election results in the state, which Trump lost.

After the election, Eastman claimed Republican-controlled legislatures in states Trump lost could invalidate the results. He further claimed that as presiding officer over the election certification in Congress, then-Vice President Mike Pence had the authority to refuse to certify the election.

Appearing on Tuesday's edition of The Ingraham Angle, Eastman repeated the false claim that substantial fraud took place.

Ingraham swiftly moved on to another topic. Fox News recently settled a defamation lawsuit with for $787.5 million – the largest ever – after allowing some hosts and guests to make baseless allegations about voting machines in the .
