And accusing him of pretending to be someone he’s not…
Megyn Kelly tore into Sen. Lindsey Graham on Tuesday, mocking the South Carolina Republican for sounding like the commander-in-chief after he issued a string of warnings to foreign countries in a 24-hour span. Mediaite reported Kelly accused Graham of acting like “our president” after he threatened Lebanon, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, the wider Arab world, and Spain as tensions over the Iran war escalated.
Kelly’s broadside came after Graham appeared on Fox News and other outlets, making increasingly expansive foreign policy declarations. In one of the most eye-catching comments, Graham blasted Spain on “Hannity,” saying the country had “lost your way,” and adding that he no longer wanted the U.S. doing business with Spain and wanted American air bases removed from there.
That prompted Kelly to post on X, “When did Lindsay Graham become our president?” She said that within the past 24 hours Graham had threatened Lebanon, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, the broader Arab region and, finally, Spain.

Kelly did not stop there. In another post highlighted by Mediaite, she said Graham’s problem was not just his rhetoric, but that President Donald Trump listens to him and Fox keeps putting him on television. On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” she escalated further, calling Graham a “homicidal maniac” with an “insatiable” bloodlust and urging Trump to keep him far away from the Oval Office.

She also retweeted a video of “Will & Grace” actor Leslie Jordan enthusiastically waving and exclaiming, “Daddy, watch,” in a post mocking Graham’s animated Fox News appearances.

According to the report, Kelly argued Graham helped push the U.S. into war with Iran and is now angling for even broader conflict. She said he appears eager for escalation involving Lebanon and possibly Cuba as well, warning that he should not be allowed near the president’s decision-making orbit.
Mediaite tied Kelly’s remarks to a series of Graham statements made over the previous day. The senator warned Saudi Arabia there would be “consequences” if it refused to join the U.S. and Israel in the war against Iran. He also said he would support a mutual defense agreement that would effectively commit the U.S. to war on Saudi Arabia’s behalf if Iran attacked it:
The senator also made Saudi Arabia a direct offer, speaking with authority as though he were the president of the United States.
“Here is what I wanna say to Saudi Arabia tonight: I am willing to make a mutual defense agreement with your country to give you protection in perpetuity,” he said. “Under the agreement I have been pushing — and I hope we can continue to talk about — if you are attacked by Iran, we would go to war for you.”
On Monday, Graham also pledged his allegiance to Israel on Fox News, declaring, “I will be with Israel until our dying day,” while on Sunday, he warned Cuba that they would be “next.”
Graham’s pledge of allegiance to Israel received backlash from conservatives on social media, including Daily Wire host Matt Walsh, who reacted, “This is an insane thing for a United States senator to say. Totally indefensible.”

The clash underscored a widening divide on the right over how aggressively the U.S. should respond abroad, with Kelly casting Graham not as a sober national security voice but as a reckless warmonger speaking as though he already commands American foreign policy.
