Then-candidate Joe Biden ran for president on the idea of a return to normalcy. The concept of adhering to presidential norms, unwritten rules and traditions, historically followed by leaders of both parties. A belief that leaders practice common civility.
While Trump’s flouting of these rules appealed to his base to varying degrees, they helped Biden win over many Republican-leaning independents and suburbanites.
But after two years, the idea of President Biden as a uniting figure has largely dissipated. Including among those who were willing to give him a chance.
Remarks by the commander-in-chief at a White House screening of the movie “Till” were the latest example of this busted myth.

And it was not quoted. He is so non-articulate that those sophisticated words are beyond his venacular. So, this is pure BS. But, not beyond the fact that Joebama is in fact a terrible person. However, we should not use non facts (fabricated statements) to bolster the argument. That only damages the entire front.
