Gavin Newsom’s wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, has reportedly received millions of dollars in payments from a nonprofit organization she founded, according to financial records cited in a recent media report.
Documents filed with the Internal Revenue Service show that Siebel Newsom has been paying herself and her production company, Girls Club LLC, income from The Representation Project, a nonprofit focused on addressing gender stereotypes in media and culture.
According to reporting from the Daily Mail, financial filings indicate that Siebel Newsom and her company have received more than $3.7 million from the organization over the past decade.
The Representation Project, which Siebel Newsom founded, describes its mission as challenging “intersectional gender stereotypes” and “harmful gender norms” through film, education and activism. The nonprofit’s website says it hopes to raise awareness about the societal costs of gender-based stereotypes and promote cultural change.
Financial records cited in the report show the organization has typically generated between $1 million and $1.7 million annually through grants and donations. Recently, roughly $300,000 per year has been paid to Siebel Newsom and her company.
For example, filings for the fiscal year ending in March 2021 show that the organization received $1,082,077 in grants and donations, with a combined $300,000 paid to Siebel Newsom and Girls Club LLC—about 28 percent of the nonprofit’s income that year. The following year, the organization reportedly paid $302,500 to Siebel Newsom and her company, roughly 29 percent of its total revenue.
The group’s most recent filing, covering the fiscal year ending in March 2024, reported $1,704,981 in total receipts and $300,000 in combined compensation to Siebel Newsom and her company.
Additional reporting from the watchdog group Open the Books has previously highlighted revenue tied to film licensing connected to the nonprofit’s work. According to the group’s findings, films associated with The Representation Project have generated up to $1,483,001 in licensing fees since 2012, including screenings and use in public schools.
The Daily Mail report also noted that Siebel Newsom is the beneficiary of a multimillion-dollar family trust.
Neither Siebel Newsom nor representatives for The Representation Project immediately responded publicly to the claims outlined in the report. The payments themselves appear in publicly available nonprofit tax filings, which disclose compensation paid by charitable organizations to executives and affiliated entities.
The reporting has raised questions about nonprofit governance and executive compensation, issues that frequently arise when founders of charities or advocacy groups receive payments for services connected to the organization’s operations.

Seijah,
You have described the direct compensation paid. Is there any other compensation or payment for travel and lodgings that would include her husband? I assume when she is on representation business she would be allowed a spouse? It’s just something you might hear like “Does Girls Club have this trip covered?”
All reporting and no prosecutions. Demonocrats will not prosecute Demonocrats….Soros won’t allow it. He has too much invested !
