Arizona Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego is launching an effort to challenge a new Trump Administration immigration policy that could require many green card applicants to leave the United States and complete the process abroad.

According to a report from The Hill, Gallego is not only seeking to overturn the policy itself but is also pursuing a procedural strategy that could make it easier for Congress to reverse the change.

The dispute revolves around a recent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) policy affecting how certain immigrants obtain lawful permanent residency.

This story reads like a movie script — except it’s real.

Seventeen-year-old Nikita Casap from Wisconsin is facing chilling accusations after allegedly murdering his mother and stepfather as part of a plan to assassinate President Donald Trump and trigger chaos across America.

Casap was already in custody in Waukesha County for killing his mother, Tatiana Casap, and his stepfather, Donald Mayer. Police found their bodies after Casap missed two weeks of school, prompting a welfare check.

But what investigators uncovered next shocked even federal authorities.

In an FBI affidavit unsealed this week, federal agents said Casap viewed the killings of his parents as the first step in a larger plot to assassinate President Trump, overthrow the U.S. government and plunge the country into chaos.

As The New York Times reports, federal officials allege Casap was in contact with others about his plans. According to the warrant, he had already paid for materials intended for an attack — including “a drone and explosives to be used as a weapon of mass destruction.”

Based on cellphone records, security footage and witness statements, the authorities determined that Mr. Mayer was killed on Feb. 11 at about 6:30 p.m., and that Ms. Casap was killed about two hours later, according to the documents.

Security camera footage taken on Feb. 12 showed Mr. Casap, who was traveling with the family dog, at a truck stop in Walcott, Iowa, in Mr. Mayer’s car, according to the documents.

On Feb. 28, Mr. Mayer’s car was listed as stolen. That day, officers with the WaKeeney, Kan., Police Department stopped Mr. Casap and saw a .357 Magnum handgun on the front passenger floorboard, according to the documents.

Officers also found ammunition, the wallets and phones of both his mother and stepfather and “large amounts” of cash in dollars and euros.

Investigators believe he killed his parents to access financial resources to fund his violent plot.

Following his initial arrest, authorities charged Casap with theft and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was later charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of hiding a corpse. His arraignment is scheduled for May 7.

But the allegations go even further.

Casap reportedly authored a manifesto filled with white supremacist rhetoric and antisemitic conspiracy theories, claiming the “collapse” of Western nations was necessary for the survival of the white race. The document included images and praise of Adolf Hitler, along with detailed instructions on how to build explosives.

Authorities also believe Casap intended to flee the country after carrying out his attack, possibly escaping to Ukraine with assistance from a contact in Russia. According to a report by the Associated Press, federal investigators allege that Casap communicated with a Russian-speaking associate and intended to flee to Ukraine after carrying out his plans.

Meanwhile, in Pennsylvania, another man is facing federal charges after making violent threats against Trump and other federal officials.

Thirty-two-year-old Shawn Monper was arrested in Butler, Pennsylvania — near the site of the first Trump assassination attempt — after allegedly posting online threats about assassinating the president, carrying out a mass shooting and killing ICE agents. The FBI traced the posts to his home, where they discovered Monper had recently been stockpiling firearms and ammunition.

Monper is now in custody, awaiting a court appearance.

These two cases highlight a disturbing trend — political extremism turning violent.

There are mental people out there who are listening to the crazies like Crockett, AOC the squad and other democrat politicans, who threaten violence against the President and Musk. Politicans who are pushing for violence against republicans should all be investigated and locked up. This shit is getting out of hand. You don’t see the other party threatening to kill anyone, but democrats say it is the republicans pushing for violence, we can see exactly who the violent party is.
