Americans may soon know more about a Biden family business arrangement selling White House access to foreign interests, under a lawsuit from an ethics watchdog.
The non-profit public interest law firm Judicial Watch reports it may receive more records under a “Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for Biden family records and communications regarding travel and finance transactions, as well as communications between the Bidens and several known business associates.”
“This lawsuit is an opportunity for the Trump team to stop the Deep State’s slow-walking of the release of Biden family corruption records,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
The suit was originally filed in May 2023 “after the National Archives failed to respond to a February 2023 FOIA request.”
This lawsuit previously “forced the release of records revealing emails sent by Joe Biden using alias accounts during his vice presidency, in which he communicated with family members, including his son Hunter and brother James. The records also showed that in August 2016, Biden approved ending Secret Service protection for both Hunter Biden and Beau Biden’s daughter, Natalie, during a trip to Kosovo,” Judicial Watch reports.
The emails included messages to Jim and Hunter Biden regarding the then-vice president’s schedule and meetings. Some emails showed Joe Biden using the alias: [email protected].
According to Judicial Watch:
The emails also showed that Hunter and Jim Biden accompanied Joe Biden on taxpayer-funded trips; and then-Vice President Biden in December 2009 emailing an aide after he forgot the password to his West Wing computer.
The records showed that Hunter Biden used an email address ([email protected]) from his now-dissolved firm Rosemont Seneca Partners and that James Biden used an email address ([email protected]) tied to his consulting firm Lion Hall, which had been the subject of an FBI bribery investigation in the 1990s.
The lawsuit also forced the release of records showing then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter received a May 26, 2016, email detailing a scheduled “8:45 am prep for a 9 am phone call with Pres Poroshenko,” who was the president of Ukraine. Joe Biden’s email address is the alias [email protected], Hunter Biden’s email account is disclosed as [email protected]. (Hunter Biden was on the board of the controversial Ukrainian firm Burisma at the time.)

In 2009, Hunter Biden partnered with former Yale friends, including Christopher Heinz, stepson of then-Sen. John Kerry, and Devon Archer to form Rosemont Capital, which spread worldwide in various industries.
In 2010, Hunter and Eric Schwerin of Rosemont subsidiary Rosemont Seneca helped the White House complete the vice president’s tax return and diverted his Delaware state tax refund to Hunter to pay off a loan Joe Biden owed his son.
Schwerin later wrote an email describing maintenance and improvements at Joe Biden’s Delaware lakefront home that Hunter paid.
Emails on Hunter’s laptop, which seemed to refer to the vice president as “the big guy,” “Pop” and “my chairman,” seem to indicate Joe Biden was counting on his son and Schwerin to enrich him before he left office.
One sarcastic comment by Hunter found on his infamous laptop indicated Hunter was disappointed that his Dad (Joe, the Big Guy) took 50% of his income!
A 2017 email indicated Hunter was designating 10 percent of a big Chinese deal for “the big guy,” said Just the News, citing a 2018 Peter Schweizer book “Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends.”
The $1.5 billion (which later was increased to over $2 billion) Hunter & Archer was granted by the CCP owned Bank of China to them at Rosemont Capital/Realty was intended to aid the Chinese Military in acquiring control of strategic Military and Financial companies along with their trade-secrets and sensitive intellectual properties as well as (what has recently revealed) vast tracts of USA Farmland with some of it very near USA Military Installations. Finally, the official documents and records of these sordid “Biden Crime Family” illegal racketeering actions are being released and declassified for the public and lawful authorities under Trump as proof of extensive and deplorable Joe Biden Corruption while Senator, VP and President!
In all of these Cases, Joe Biden is in violation of serious Federal Statutes (about a dozen) of which 50% of these Felony Statutes apply and are mandatory regardless of “INTENT” — The same was true for Hillary’s gross and even intentional violations of these same Felony Statutes — Plus, Comey LIED and was guilty of Gross Malfeasance and Dereliction of Duty when he gave Hillary Clinton a Pass, saying that she did not “Intend To”!
Of course, she obviously intended to — It takes a lot of work and expense to set up your own clandestine server and violate further laws ordering your staff to violate FOIA and USA Classified Information laws by copying it and storing it to Hillary’s Unsecured and Unauthorized Server!!!
Also, Biden’s sloppy handling of Classified Information & Documents that he was himself unauthorized to keep, stored in 4 unsecured locations like his garage, and other areas accessible to Hunter and other corrupt members of the Biden Crime Family and Chinese operatives in an office which they shared with Joe and Hunter Biden! As a Senator as well as when Biden was VP, Joe Biden had NO uthority to retain classified any documents as well as to grossly mishandle them by storing them haphazardly & unsecured in his garage and in Joe & Hunter’s office that they shared with Chinese National agents (i.e., Major Federal Felony Violations).
It’s time for Joe & Hunter as well as the rest of the arrogant and incompetent “Biden Crime Family” and Hillary to go to jail for their vast number of crimes — Both Federal and otherwise!
