Caroline Kennedy, the last surviving child of former President John F. Kennedy and Jackie Kennedy Onassis, is said to be deeply worried about her son Jack Schlossberg’s decision to dive into today’s divisive political arena — launching a run for Congress from Manhattan, one of the most liberal districts in the country.

Schlossberg, 31, is the only grandson of the former president and a Harvard-educated lawyer who’s built a sizable online following of about 1.6 million. Much of that audience comes from his outspoken and often combative political commentary — including taking public shots at relatives like his uncle, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who serves as Health Secretary under President Donald Trump and is now a prominent voice challenging the Democratic establishment.
Now, Schlossberg is setting his sights on the congressional seat soon to be vacated by longtime Democrat Rep. Jerrold Nadler, who announced in September he will step down after more than three decades in office. Nadler, a loyal ally of the Democratic Party’s progressive wing, has represented one of the bluest districts in America — and Schlossberg appears eager to continue that legacy.
This is crackhead, Jack Schlossberg, who recently made fun of FLOTUS Melania Trump. The guy does nothing all day. I am sure his grandfather JFK would be so proud. But his mother isn’t on board. Caroline Kennedy has reportedly “pleaded with Jack not to run,” according to sources who spoke to the New York Post, citing her belief that the political climate has become a “toxic environment” that’s “too dangerous, too frightening, too crazy.”
Insiders also say that “the resurgence of antisemitism in the U.S.” weighs heavily on Caroline, as Schlossberg’s father, Edwin Schlossberg, is Jewish. Friends say she worries her son could be targeted because of it. “Jack’s decision to throw his hat in the ring has seriously frightened Caroline,” one source told the outlet.

Despite her concerns, Schlossberg appears determined to press forward, positioning himself as a defender of Democratic values. In a recent interview with The New York Times, he said the Democrat Party needs “more voices to push back on perceived abuses of power by President Trump and his allies.”
Shortly after announcing his campaign, Schlossberg posted a series of social media videos and donation links, calling on supporters to contribute “so we can win.”

From the looks of him he should fit right in with the rest of the democrats.
I UNDERSTAND HER REASONING. I CANNOT BLAME HER SO DOING SO,
