Since the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade Democrats have banked their midterm hopes on a wave of apolitical women rushing to vote to defend abortion.

The latest New York Times/Siena College poll finds “independents, women, and independent women have massively shifted behind Republicans on the generic ballot since September,” Breitbart reports.
“In just 30 days, independents have moved nine points in favor of Republicans, along with women (13 points), and independent women (32 points),” Breitbart notes.
“Republicans lead Democrats among independents by ten points and among independent women by 18 points,” the report adds.
Democrats have made taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand a top issue in their campaigns, but polls show there is virtually no support for that position, with both men and women equally in strong opposition.

A Harvard/Harris poll found that the abortion issue, far from fueling a Democrat victory, was driving voters to both parties nearly equally, with 38 percent saying the issue made them more likely to support Republicans and 41 percent saying the issue made them more likely to support Democrats.
The poll found among women Democrats lead the generic congressional ballot by just 50 percent to 45 percent for Republicans – a far shift from their 59 percent to 40 percent advantage among women in the 2018 midterms.
The poll also found that voters named prices and inflation, the economy and jobs, immigration and, lastly, crime as their top four issues, and agreed that the Republican Party was also focused on those top four issues.
But voters named “January 6,” women’s rights (generally understood to mean abortion), the environment and climate change and guns as Democrats’ top four issues – issues the voters themselves did not see as top priorities. I am hoping that American voters will get rid of the demokrauts currently in power and replace them with honest republicans. The oaths of office to support the Constitution have not been upheld by these slime, especially Nadler, Schiff, Pelosi and Schumer. These creeps need to be ousted and term limits put in place. It would also be wonderful if limits to Biden’s Executive Orders were mandated by law. Executive orders should be used in emergencies only, not for regular business laws which is the purview of Congress.
Democrats are obsessed with murdering their unborn. Maybe they should learn about birth control and try to be responsible rather than getting excited about murdering an innocent child.
It’s great to hear women speak out against the institutionalization of abortion. It suggests that only the leftie women like Abrams are pleasure machines who want unlimited thrills without consequences. AND if you want no babies, there are methods, right?
I don’t like paying for anything but why not birth control? I would rather pay for birth control than an abortion. Women who use abortion for birth control wouldn’t use birth control in the first place. Ugh there is no answer to this. But I do not want tax dollars going towards abortion. Keep your legs closed and a condom on. We should not be giving people money who continue to have kids either. If you can not afford them don’t have them. It is not a reward system. This has nothing to do with someone being raped or if there is something wrong with the baby it’s all lies.
