Arizona Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego is launching an effort to challenge a new Trump Administration immigration policy that could require many green card applicants to leave the United States and complete the process abroad.

According to a report from The Hill, Gallego is not only seeking to overturn the policy itself but is also pursuing a procedural strategy that could make it easier for Congress to reverse the change.

The dispute revolves around a recent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) policy affecting how certain immigrants obtain lawful permanent residency.

Move chip base to the US?? & other firms from Taiwan NOW

      Gus Richards

Now that would be logical, and you know our government doesn’t operate on logic. Anything that has to do with our military equipment should never have left these shores, especially to one of our biggest enemies. Those companies operating their facilities in china, or Taiwan, need to be told if they want their products sold in this country they better bring the manufacturing plants back to the United States. If they try to fight it then cancel all contracts with them and award them to US based companies. We could survive until those new companies are up and running. It’s way past time to play hardball with those companies.
