David Depape, the Canadian immigrant accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband in their San Fransisco home has pleaded not guilty to all state charges.
During the Wednesday court appearance, DePape also waived his right to a trial within 60 days. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Feb. 23.
The 42-year-old was arrested on Oct. 28 for allegedly attacking Paul Pelosi with a hammer inside Pelosi’s San Francisco home. Nancy Pelosi was in Washington, D.C., at the time.

Authorities responded to a “priority well-being check” at 2:27 am where they found Mr. Pelosi and David DePape, 42, who entered the residence through the back door before attacking Mr. Pelosi with a hammer.
San Francisco Police Chief William Scott said in a news conference at the time, “The suspect pulled the hammer away from Mr. Pelosi and violently assaulted him with it. Our officers immediately tackled the suspect, disarmed him, took him into custody, requested emergency backup and rendered medical aid.”
Local prosecutors charged DePape with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and elder abuse.
DePape also has pleaded not guilty to state and federal charges that include allegations he sought to kidnap Nancy Pelosi.

I’m not sure ANY OF THIS is correct. This is simply what the police have stated and the media are repeating. The problem is all the glass at the back door is OUTSIDE. If he broke in the glass would be inside. This has been pointed out numerous times and the police have not responded. Further, there are reports by whistleblowers that when the police came, Pelosi opened the door and instead of staying with the police, he goes back to DePape who was standing many feet away in his underwear. This is completely inconsistent with Pelosi’s statement that DePape was holding him hostage. How have the police responded to this? They haven’t, other than refusing to release body cam and surveillance footage that would show what actually occurred.
I will say this again. The “attack” on Paul Pelosi was a false flag event. Pelosi probably paid David DePape to stage the attack. Why do I think this? There are several reasons. First, the timing to garner sympathy for the demokrauts just before the 2022 election is too coincidental to be real. Second, what 84 year old gets hit in the head, supposedly suffers a cracked or fractured skull and is able to attend an across country charity event less than a month later with no outward visible signs of the attack, not even bruising. Third, David DePape was in his underwear for the action. What burglar type does that? Fourth, Pelosi told the cops that DePape was a “friend” and stepped back toward him before the action. Fifth, the story keeps changing. The hammer and all the other stuff was DePapes, yet Pelosi had the hammer and let it be wrestled away from him. Or the hammer belonged to Pelosi and the zip ties did too? Sixth, because Pelosi “Took One For The Team,” his drunk driving accident of this year has disappeared as if it did not happen. Finally, dear Nancy did not immediately drop everything in Washington to go to her husband’s side. This reeks of set up to me and because of that, I don’t believe it.

It is, was a staged set up. The Pelosi’s are as corrupt in not more corrupt than the Biden s.
