The House of Representatives has spoken.
In a rare sign of bipartisan unity, members of Congress voted 419-0 to declassify all intel on the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic first reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
President Biden must sign the bill before the intelligence on the pandemic’s origins can be made public.
The development comes two weeks after the Energy Department concluded with “low confidence” that the pandemic most likely leaked from a Chinese lab.
Wuhan is home to a Chinese government Level 4 Biosafety Lab (BSL-4).

We have come a long way from a time not long ago, when, aided by the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) bullying and draconian efforts to contain any news of the virus from ground zero, and the CCP’s sycophants and fellow travelers in the media spouting their propaganda, we were forced to stop referring to it as the Wuhan Virus.
But not only that, we were also forced to accept the brutal dictatorship’s official party line, claiming some sort of natural, spontaneous creation of the virus among bats and pangolins in a wet market in the city of Wuhan.
Things only got worse when in 2021, President Trump expressed his opinion that a lab leak was a likely cause of the virus’ origin.
The entire leftist machinery, scientific community and media establishment suddenly lost their collective minds and fanatically went into overdrive to discredit this theory, labeling it a crazy conspiracy.
But they didn’t stop there – they soon blocked or removed any reference to a lab leak from any platforms they controlled.
As Director Christopher Wray acknowledged in a Fox News interview, the FBI was the first federal agency to determine that COVID-19 most likely leaked from the BSL-4 at the Wuhan Institute for Virology.

“The FBI has for quite some time now assessed that the origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan,” Wray told Fox News. “Here you are talking about a potential leak from a Chinese government-controlled lab.”
“I will just make the observation that the Chinese government, it seems to me, has been doing its best to try to thwart and obfuscate the work here, the work that we’re doing, the work that our U.S. government and close foreign partners are doing. And that’s unfortunate for everybody,” Wray said.
President Joe Biden ordered the intelligence community in 2021 to provide an updated analysis of how the pandemic emerged. The intelligence agencies were divided on how Covid started spreading among humans, though they said a natural original and a lab leak were both plausible.
Four unnamed agencies in that report reached low-confidence assessments that an infected animal spread the virus to humans. The intelligence community agreed that Covid was not developed as biological weapon, and most agencies assessed that the virus was not genetically engineered.
