ANALYSIS – Are Chinese security interests behind the recent discovery of an illegal biolab in California? The unlicensed lab, uncovered near Fresno, California contained at least 20 highly infectious agents, such as HIV, as well as mice genetically engineered to carry COVID-19.
Afterwards, investigators found links to multiple Chinese firms and individuals.
On-site inspections conducted between April and June reportedly discovered “unsafe and unsanitary conditions” as well as improperly stored blood, bodily fluids, human and animal tissue, in addition to 20 infectious agents including E. coli, tuberculosis, streptococcus, hepatitis, malaria, HIV and Rubella and a lot of infected mice.
“With the assistance of a veterinarian, the city euthanized 773 mice with 178 mice found to be already deceased at the time of execution of the abatement warrant,” court documents stated.
“These people are healthcare terrorists,” Prof. Peter Pitts, president of the Center for Medicine in the Public Interest, told the Daily Caller: “Even if they were trying to do real experiments, they are just as guilty — and dangerous.”
“A fire or an earthquake or even theft could put thousands of unsuspecting people at risk — and even worse if these agents got into the local water supply.”
An even bigger concern is whether this lab is part of a larger, secret, Chinese effort to create deadly bioagents inside the United States.
Investigation into the lab’s purported operating company, Prestige Biotech Inc. (PBI), by The Daily Caller, shows ties to multiple related Chinese pharmaceutical firms. PBI itself is the successor of a now defunct company, Universal Meditech, Inc, (UMI).
Some PBI and UMI executives seem to share the same names and addresses with one of the lab’s Chinese pharmaceutical suppliers.
That supplier, Ai De Diagnostic Co. Ltd., is reportedly located in Qingdao’s “High-Tech Industrial Park” — one of over 150 parks for cutting edge tech firms established by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) across China.
When California state officials tried to verify the addresses given by the company’s representative, Davide He, the man obfuscated and sent the Fresno County Public Health Department assistant director, Joe Prado, on a wild goose chase.
In his letter to He, Prado wrote:
First you responded with the addresses of empty offices, and when we asked for clarification you provided addresses in China that do not appear to correlate with any maps of the area. The Department is trying to work with you, but it is increasingly difficult when it appears that you are not wanting to provide real information.
Their deceptiveness should raise alarms.
“The potential danger is that this is part of a larger nexus of illegal and poorly maintained biolabs,” Brandon Weichert, author of “Biohacked: China’s Race to Control Life,” told the Daily Caller. “I suspect there could be dozens — maybe even hundreds — of these labs that we don’t even know about.”
While the Daily Caller reported it had found no evidence that Ai De Diagnostic, UMI or PBI are directly affiliated with the CCP, the Qingdao High-Tech Industrial Park is led by Li Tianchuan, a CCP member.
His official online profile states that Li joined the CCP in March 1992 and has served in various CCP science and technology posts in Qingdao since then.
All this evidence should be enough for a major federal investigation into these Chinese firms, and any other illegal biolabs they may be secretly running in the United States.
Just like the COVID-19 Wuhan biolab leak becoming increasingly likely, this may be just the tip of another iceberg regarding Chinese biowarfare research. This time from within our own country.

This lab did not “create” any mice. Mice that can catch human Covid were engineered soon after the pandemic began. Genetically engineering mice is not something that can be done in a simple clandestine lab. They bought the mice, either from a supplier in China or even a US supplier. If from a US supplier, they almost certainly had a contact inside the company who would provide such materials outside of normal channels.
I do not know what they were doing in the clandestine lab. But I do know, since I spent years working in biotech, that many of the materials they had are highly regulated and are not obtainable by anyone who does not have a legitimate research protocol in place at a licensed research institution. This lab was operating outside the law.
So, because you spent years working in the biotech field (we ‘have’ to take your word of that as well as guessing in what capacity. Purchasing, janitorial, a liaison to fauchi?)
In either case, your statement “…many of the materials they had are highly regulated and are not obtainable by anyone who does not have a legitimate research protocol in place at a licensed research institution.” shows complete stupidity at worse or sheer oblivion at best. I’m certain the lab at wuhan under fauchi’s watch & support had the same protocols. To use a mild example, biden knows his open border policy is dangerous and in most ways illegal. But still it’s happening.

And Joe wants to make sure the Chinese can still buy property in this country so they can have more facilities like this one. It is time to shut down the Chinese before we have another “Covid” event.
But it’s okay. The land being bought is designated as ‘agricultural’. What they ‘grow’ is their secret, until it becomes another world calamity ‘originating’ in America. That will void any chance of what Trump wanted to do, sue china in the world court for mass deaths & economic destruction.
