Democrat Governor Shields Doctor Accused In Forced Abortion Death

Governor Kathy Hochul (D-N.Y.) is refusing to extradite a New York doctor indicted by a Louisiana grand jury for her role in a forced abortion scheme that killed an unborn child and sent the young mother to a hospital.

Rather than fulfill her legal duty to extradite criminals, even though forced abortions are illegal in New York as well, Hochul is instead citing abortion politics for her decision to obstruct the trial.

According to the Susan B. Anthony List, “a Louisiana grand jury has indicted Dr. Margaret Daley Carpenter, of Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine in New York, and her company for unlawfully mailing abortion drugs to Louisiana residents.”

“Carpenter reportedly sent drugs to a mother who ordered them online and coerced her minor daughter into taking them against her will. The drugs ended the life of her unborn child and sent the girl to the hospital,” SBA reports.

“It is illegal to send abortion pills into this State and it’s illegal to coerce another into having an abortion. I have said it before and I will say it again: We will hold individuals accountable for breaking the law,” Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill posted on X.

Hochul shot back with her own statement on X, shocking in its disregard for long-stnading laws prohibiting forced abortions.

“Louisiana is attempting to prosecute a New York doctor for providing reproductive health care,” wrote Hochul, referring to a forced abortion on an unwilling woman as “care.”

“After Roe was overturned, I signed laws to protect patients & doctors from exactly this type of action.  We will not comply with an extradition request. We will remain a safe harbor,” Hochul wrote.

According to SBA Pro-Life America Director of Legal Affairs Katie Daniel:

“This case exposes how mail-order abortion drugs are fueling an epidemic of coercion, a new form of domestic violence against mothers and their babies. Women who never wanted an abortion to begin with are being assaulted and ending up in the emergency room. This is precisely why Louisiana enacted its law making abortion drug coercion a crime and strengthening safeguards on abortion drugs by making them controlled substances that require a prescription. But in blue states, pro-abortion politicians are doing the polar opposite, shielding abortionists who – as the local district attorney noted – profit from a faceless process requiring nothing more than an online questionnaire. This cannot remotely be considered health care. We thank attorneys general like Liz Murrill and Ken Paxton for standing with women and children. Every pro-life state should do likewise.

If you are a woman committed to aborting your baby, then you would be best served by using your own local physician who meets with you face to face to discuss your request, your reasons for same request and knows your physical health history, past and current, so he can prescribe a solution that best fits your mental and physical needs. Anything short of this plan is just begging for danger and/or catastrophe.

Feticide is NOT ” healthcare” of any kind; it’s just plain. murder, and conspiracy to commit same! “Reproductive health care” is Pap smears, mammograms, routine pre-natal care, and any problems incurred in such procedures. Your “right to choose” is whether or not to put yourself in the position known to cause pregnancy, BEFORE you do so, and no one is taking it, or the option to utilize contraceptives, away from you! ALL you are losing is the option to NOT be accountable for your own choices and behaviors! You don’t want a baby, fine: keep your panties on and a quarter between your knees; abstinence is 100% effective, free, and has zero side effects, except you get to keep your self respect and dignity in tact! Those who condone and abet murder will face a Judge 1 day, Who cannot be conned, lied to, or escaped! That would include politicians protecting the murderers behind empty labels like “reproductive health care”!

Hochul should just plain be removed from office. She’s terrible and everybody in New York (and the country) knows it. The people in NY should be ashamed of themselves for allowing her to remain in power.

There needs to be illegal to mail prescription drugs through the US mail from a doctor who has never physically examined the patient personally. Especially across state lines.

How can a doctor determined term of pregnancy without exam and ultrasounds?

Telemedicine is not real medicine for unexamined people. It should be used only as follow ups on patients who have been physically examined
