Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis had a devastating critique for Democrats and their media allies who've been comparing the U.S. Capitol riot to 9/11, Pearl Harbor and the Holocaust today.

DeSantis' remarks came following a press conference about COVID-19 testing in Florida. The Navy SEAL-turned-governor said that unlike the media, which was still hyperventilating over Jan. 6, ordinary Americans have more relevant concerns like inflation and gas prices.
He went on to call comparisons between the Capitol riot and the 9/11 terror attacks an insult to first responders.

DeSantis went on to bash journalists for spending comparatively little time covering the 2017 congressional baseball practice shooting that injured Republican Louisiana Rep. Steve Scalise and others, reported the outlet.

“That was like a one-day, two day story,” DeSantis said. “That was not something that the Capitol-based press wanted to talk about. Why? Because it totally undercut their preferred narratives.”
President Joe Biden delivered remarks Thursday morning in Statuary Hall to mark the one-year anniversary of the Capitol riot, according to ABC News.
“What did we not see? We didn't see a former president who had just rallied the mob to attack sitting in the private dining room off the oval office in the White House watching it all on television,” Biden said, reported ABC News. “And doing nothing. For hours. As police were assaulted. Lives at risk. The nation's capital under siege.”

The insurrection was not on January 6, 2021 — it was on November 3, 2020 when Biden became President under outrageously shady dealings throughout the country.

Joe Biden is one of the most despicable people to ever sit in the US Senate and he has not done any better sitting in the White House either. No insurrection would be complete without taking this POS out side for a thrashing. Since that didn’t happen, seems unlikely, there was an insurrection on Jan6. Could still happen some day though. Biden invites it almost every day.
