Arizona Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego is launching an effort to challenge a new Trump Administration immigration policy that could require many green card applicants to leave the United States and complete the process abroad.

According to a report from The Hill, Gallego is not only seeking to overturn the policy itself but is also pursuing a procedural strategy that could make it easier for Congress to reverse the change.

The dispute revolves around a recent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) policy affecting how certain immigrants obtain lawful permanent residency.

PAUL’S DEFENSE BRIEF (PDB) – WHAT THE HELL?! Federal judge dismisses high-profile cases of 2 Jordanian men here illegally accused of unlawfully breaching entering Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, in May.

He dismissed the cases “without prejudice” after prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss on Oct. 3. The court did not explain the motive for the motion other than stating “because the ends of justice are best served by this dismissal.”

The attempted breach followed a string of unlawful gate entries, some by foreign nationals.

A month before the Quantico incident, authorities detained a Chinese national attempting to access Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms in California. Last year the Pentagon and FBI tracked as many as 100 instances of Chinese nationals attempting to access bases.

This Democrat govt is so sick, so evil, so traitorous against the USA! We are all counting the days until Pres. Trump’s inauguration when sanity, patriotism and common sense will once again rule America!

Laws are worthless unless they are enforced. These people are going to keep attempting to make entry until they succeed. Can you imagine our highways if police simply said “naughty, naughty” when they stopped you for speeding and never issued any tickets? These people know if they keep trying they may actually succeed one of these days, if they haven’t already. We need to keep a record of these attempts, and there needs to be consequences after that initial attempt.
