Gun Rights Under Fire

A concerning gun rights case is raising questions about no-knock warrants. See what we know so far here.

The death of a Minneapolis man is raising questions regarding the legality of no-knock search warrants when no life is in immediate danger. Gun Owners of America (GOA) is calling for a full investigation into the case.

Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom is continuing to stomp on Californian's right to bear . Click here to read about his latest legislation. 

The latest legislation allows citizens to sue gun manufacturers for the selling and spreading of certain guns. Newsom claims the unreleased bill is modeled after the Texas Heartbeat Bill, part of which allows citizens to report providers who break the law. 

Abortion advocates and state lawmakers alike agree that the bill displaces blame and fails to address the issue of in California. Republican Assemblyman James Gallagher said, “ has gotten worse under this governor, and that's a fact. The problem is criminals – there's no accountability for crime in California, and that's because of policies enacted by Gavin Newsom and the supermajority of Democrats.”

On a brighter note, Missouri is defending a new bill seeking to protect gun rights. The legislation allows citizens to sue state or federal agencies for $50,000 if they prove their rights were violated.

According to national security expert Paul Crespo's exclusive report, “U.S. officials have warned that Russia is preparing to manufacture a pretext to invade Ukraine in the coming days, and that it could take the form of a fabricated escalation in territory controlled by separatists.”

Durham Investigation:

Senators recently sent a warning to the DOJ amid the investigation. Over 40 senators are asking Attorney General Merrick Garland to respect special counsel John Durham's prosecutorial independence. 

The latest filing suggests the Clinton campaign misused government databases to spy on the Trump Administration.
