New Allegations Tie Chinese Communist Influence To Anti-ICE Activism

Communist playbook. While the left-wing media obsesses on the manufactured anti-ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) chaos in the streets of Minneapolis and other major blue sanctuary cities, most of them blame the Trump administration for simply sending ICE in to do its job.

Few of these media outlets ask who is behind the well-organized and funded protests, and the massive effort to track, film, dox, and confront ICE and other federal agents, as well as the highly efficient, coordinated anti-ICE social media and messaging campaign.

Well, it should come as no surprise who is behind it all. And it is “the usual suspects.”

Recent investigations and reports, particularly from Fox News Digital, clearly show that several explicitly communist, socialist, and radical far-left organizations are heavily involved in organizing and staging anti-ICE protests and “direct actions.”

Consider them the antifa network.

They are part of a major coordinated network now focused on challenging, obstructing, and eventually abolishing ICE and radically changing existing immigration policies. All of this is part of a broader strategy to radically transform America into a multi-racial socialist utopia.

Meanwhile, cue the foreign enemy funding, as Communist China appears to be helping to finance them.

These communist groups are anti-American jacks of all trades, also behind the recent pro-Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, massive anti-Israel “Gaza,” and earlier violent anti-police “BLM,” protests and riots. They simply switch hats, flags, and slogans, depending on the latest fabricated cause.

So, who are they? There are many, but the key communist and socialist groups identified in these efforts include the following radicals:

Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL): A Marxist organization that has played a central role in anti-police and anti-ICE demonstrations, including protests in Los Angeles and Minneapolis.

The People’s Forum: A New York City-based group, identified as having Marxist ties, which has collaborated with PSL and the ANSWER Coalition on organizing recent protests.

ANSWER Coalition (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism): A ubiquitous, long-standing anti-war, anti-nuclear, anti-U.S. group frequently involved in organizing, with, and providing materials for, anti-ICE protests.

Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO): A Marxist-Leninist organization that has been active in protests and has faced federal scrutiny for its radical activities.

Revolutionary Communists of America: Listed as an organizer or endorser of these demonstrations.

Socialist Equality Party and Socialist Alternative: Listed among the groups involved in these protests.

Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) chapters: Participating in and supporting the protests. 

And it doesn’t take private investigators or rocket science to identify them. Their mass-produced, matching signs all have their group names proudly printed on them.

Significantly, as noted above, a lot of their funding and coordination also come from abroad:

Reports suggest these groups are connected to a funding network involving self-declared pro-China, Maoist, Neville Roy Singham, a U.S. expat living in Shanghai, worth at least several hundred million dollars, with close ties to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda efforts. 

The New York Times reported in August 2023 that Singham works closely with the Chinese government media machine and finances propaganda worldwide through nonprofit groups and shell companies.

According to a September 2025 House Ways and Means letter, Singham has been linked to funding The People’s Forum and other communist organizations that coordinate anti-ICE efforts and protests.

The China connection potentially makes these groups part of an international conspiracy to subvert American democracy, and maybe even makes them internationally financed terrorists, something Team Trump should consider.

And what are their key goals and tactics?

These groups often frame their demonstrations around the goal of totally abolishing ICE, much like “defunding the police” was their big BLM goal in 2020. Now Abolish ICE” and “Stop ICE Terror” are their two favorite slogans. But to get there, they must first create chaos.

As for tactics, targeting federal agents is the primary one. These communist activists have used trained “rapid response” teams of wannabe vigilantes to track federal agents, using apps to monitor and document their movements in databases, and block, impede, harass, and/or confront them.

Applying traditional communist insurgent tactics, confrontations are expected to provoke aggressive law enforcement responses that are filmed, then quickly edited and widely disseminated on numerous social media channels created just for this effort, to create the narrative of violent, out-of-control feds.

If any of their supporters are roughed up or killed, it’s even better for the media messaging. Both people recently shot and killed by federal immigration officers during confrontations were trained in anti-ICE tactics.

As was the disabled woman forced out of her car, allegedly on her way to a doctor’s appointment. Her LinkedIn profile indicates she is a left-wing activist.

There are also “National Shutdown” Campaigns that encourage “no work, no school, no shopping” to oppose immigration enforcement. These are akin to national strikes employed by communists in many other countries.

Ultimately, this is all a highly coordinated mass disruption from the standard communist playbook. Propaganda experts have noted that these actions and the chaos they create are intended to create a narrative of a “failed state.”

This is why chaos is their first goal, designed to blame it on Trump. The rest of their communist plan will then follow, just like in Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and so many others.
