A Minnesota State Supreme Court dominated by appointees of former Minnesota Governor and Democrat vice presidential nominee Tim Walz have rejected a lawsuit challenging Minneapolis’ policy of discriminating against whites in firing or reassigning teachers.
The non-profit public interest law firm Judicial Watch sued on behalf of several Minneapolis teachers after Minneapolis Public Schools adopted a new policy stating that in the event of layoffs or reassignments, all white teachers must lose their jobs or be reassigned before a “teacher of color” could.
Judicial Watch reports it “filed the lawsuit in August 2022 against Minneapolis Public Schools for violating the Equal Protection Guarantee of the Minnesota Constitution. The school district, supported by the teachers and other public employee unions, asserted that Minnesota taxpayers do not have the right to challenge the illegal spending of taxpayer money by government officials.”
The court, with five of its seven members appointed by Walz, upheld the “woke” race-based firing policy.
“The Minnesota Supreme Court’s decision to reverse the Court of Appeal’s ruling is beyond the pale. Minneapolis Public Schools is unabashedly discriminating against teachers based on their race, and the school district is using taxpayer dollars to do so. The Minnesota Supreme Court’s disgraceful decision not only threatens teachers’ jobs but also prevents Minnesota taxpayers (present and future) from holding their government to account,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
“This woke, racially discriminatory contract cannot stand. Judicial Watch will ask the Trump administration to investigate this blatant civil rights violation and take all necessary steps to ensure teachers do not lose their jobs because of their race,” Fitton added.

I thought the Supreme Courts of ALL states and the US SC needed to follow, or clarify, what the rule of law is. This is obviously discrimination. Plus, or a minus in this case, the taxpayers have no say in where their money goes or is spent? Actually, I guess that’s normal now. The politicians don’t care about us once they get in office. This is what happens when “woke” overrides meritocracy. Absolutely unforgivable and disgraceful. Just think of what could’ve happened if Harris and Walz were put in office.
What kind of hypnosis or mind control drugs does it take for Americans to believe this is a good idea for anybody? Only a dedicated Marxist could see the vilification of the white majority as a good idea.
