  1. What a joke … he shoots somebody because he was playing recklessly with a gun and he gets no punishment. You NEVER point a gun and pull the trigger at anyone unless you plan to shoot them. And his excuse that he did not pull the trigger is nonsense.

  2. Not by any means an Alec Baldwin fan but to say he was guilty of manslaughter is a stretch. It was a very unfortunate series of errord

    • If you drive down the road, decide to check your text messages, and hit and kill someone crossing the street; is that a very unfortunate series of errors? NO! Neither is pulling back the hammer on a single action revolver while pointing it at someone and pulling the trigger or holding the trigger down. He and the armorer are both guilty of manslaughter at a minimum. One again, a two teared justice system raises its head.

  3. The big question is “why?” You aren’t supposed to charge someone until or unless you have the evidence to prove the case. So, if they had the proof, what happened? And if they didn’t ever have the evidence, why did they charge Baldwin?

Either way, this is not how the justice system is supposed to work.

  4. This is the type of sick and demented actions that the American people can expect from our government nowadays. Baldwin is part of the American cast system that puts him above the laws that the American peasants are held to.
