Lauren Boebert’s Son Arrested, Charged With Multiple Felonies

Police in Rifle, have arrested 's son for his alleged involvement in a series of car and property thefts.

, 18, faces a total of 22 charges, out of which five are felonies.

The charges include criminal possession of a financial device, first-degree criminal auto trespass with intent to commit a , criminal possession of ID documents, conspiracy to commit a felony and a litany of misdemeanor and petty offenses.

He is being held at the Garfield County Jail.

The New York Post reports that Tuesday's arrest was not the younger Boebert's first encounter with :

In 2022, Boebert was given a “careless driving causing bodily injury” ticket when he flipped his father's SUV into a Garfield County creek bed, injuring his 19-year-old friend, according to Westword.

As part of a plea deal, Tyler Boebert was ordered to attend an “Alive at 25” driver awareness program.

Prosecutors dropped the case to a “defective vehicle for headlights” ticket, but Boebert never made his April 2023 court appearance.

A bench warrant was issued for the teen, who eventually called the court and requested for the hearing to be changed to a later date, where he would appear virtually, reportedly sending in the “Alive at 25” completion certificate, Westword later reported.

Police arrested Boebert's ex-husband last month on weapons and assault charges for an alleged fight with one of the couple's children. His arrest came days after he accused the Colorado representative of assault.
