According to Fox News, Brooklyn, District Attorney Eric Gonzalez is investigating multiple allegations, including forged election-related materials.

Local outlet The City reported Monday that the DA's office was investigating claims from five people who said their names were included on petitions to remove candidates for Brooklyn Democratic Party positions off of last June's primary ballot. Additionally, they are looking into a claim from a Brooklyn woman who says she attempted to get a job as a poll worker but was told she had to help gather signatures for petitions supporting party executives.

Gonzalez's office confirmed the investigation but refused to share any more details.

“All of these matters are under an ongoing investigation,” a spokesperson said.

According to the report, the forgery allegations include one from borough resident Edward Alston McDuffie who says that his name was put on petitions to remove one candidate from a ballot and add someone else.

McDuffie said he met with investigators this month.

“They asked me, ‘Have I ever given anyone rights to use my signature?'” McDuffie said. “I said, ‘Why would I do that?'”

Another individual who made allegations against the Democrat Party is the leader of Brownsville's Community 1st Democratic Club, Anthony Jones. He told reporters that forged signatures were coming from his club, but he did not know who was responsible and was unaware of it at the time it happened.

“What we do know is that we feel like we were set up,” Jones said in April.

A third allegation under investigation involves a claim from a Coney island resident who said she was told she had to gather signatures for petitions in order to get a poll worker job, but refused to do it.

Of course the courts couldn’t see anything during the election, never will. No expectations with democrats investigating democrats.
