In a developing situation in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, conservative influencers and Trump campaign representatives claim that individuals posing as election officials are allegedly discouraging voters from remaining in line at polling sites.
Reports on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, suggest that these individuals, identified by “Voter Protection” badges, are instructing voters to leave and return later. This label has reportedly led voters to believe these individuals are official poll workers. James Blair, political director for the Trump 2024 Campaign and the Republican National Committee, issued a public statement accusing Democrats of deploying these tactics to “intimidate” voters, alleging that individuals were “pretending to be election officials.”
“If you live in Pennsylvania, they CANNOT deny you the privilege to vote,” Blair stated, urging voters to stay in line regardless of instructions to leave. Blair continued, “We don’t get a second chance; peacefully and respectfully stay there as long as it takes.”
To substantiate their claims, the Trump campaign and Blair shared a video and photographic evidence through X.

I brought 11 people with me.
I registered 10 people to vote.
