Iranian Terror Proxies Ignore Biden’s Belated Weak Strikes

TUESDAY  – But, of course they did – Iran-backed attacks in Middle East continue after dozens of US strikes. The U.S. is still assessing damage to infrastructure destroyed and people killed or injured after striking more than 100 targets over the weekend, but Iran-backed groups that have attacked U.S. troops in Iraq, Syria and Navy ships have not relented.

Another ship in the Red Sea has been attacked by a suspected Yemen Houthi rebel drone. The ship traveling through the southern Red Sea was attacked early on Tuesday.

WAR WITH VENEZUELA? – The US is increasing its urgent military aid to Guyana as neighboring Venezuela's threats linger. This, as neighboring socialist Venezuela threatens to seize a massive, oil rich part of the country's territory it has long claimed.

What's next for the US-Philippines basing agreement? The Philippines is expected to work on dozens of projects this year to upgrade military bases as part of the new agreement with the U.S.

Four B-52s arrive in Guam to support large PACAF exercise with Australia and Japan. Four B-52 bombers from Minot Air Force Base, N.D. are deployed to support the Pacific Air Forces' largest multilateral exercise, Cope North.

Expansive artillery drills involving 400 US soldiers also test NATO's new model. U.S. and allied troops from across on Monday launched the Army's largest annual artillery exercise on the Continent, where a new command and control arrangement for also is getting a trial run.

New aid bill for Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan faces uphill battle. The Senate on Sunday released a revised foreign aid bill offering military support for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan after a bipartisan group of negotiators agreed to new immigration restrictions in the legislation.

DC Guard F-16s deploy to Middle East as airstrikes continue. F-16 Fighting Falcons from the D.C. Air National Guard have joined U.S. forces in the Middle East, as the U.S. military strikes back against Iranian-linked military infrastructure.

ISRAEL'S WAR ON TERROR

Israel says it will expand operations in Rafah, Gaza's last refuge. Rafah, once a small city on the border with Egypt, has become one of the last places of refuge during Israel's war in Gaza, quintupling in population as displaced people from the northern parts of the strip sought safety.

CHINA THREAT

GRAY ZONE WARFARE – Chinese coast guard vessels enter disputed waters in East China Sea. China's Coast Guard said it patrolled the waters of the Diaoyu Islands on Tuesday – territories in the East China Sea that are claimed by China, Japan and Taiwan.

With the US busy elsewhere, Uzbekistan and China quietly cement a regional alliance. While the U.S., and Europe are trying to quell (or aggravate) crises simultaneously in Ukraine, Iraq, Syria, Israel/Gaza, the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea/Yemen, Uzbekistan and China have quietly elevated their partnership.

Australian sailors to embed on US Navy submarine tender in Guam. A team of 37 Royal Australian Navy sailors are heading to Guam to learn how to maintain nuclear submarines.

US MILITARY

Army aims to double 155mm shell production by October. But hitting next year's goal of 100,000 shells per month will require to approve a Ukraine aid bill.

INVASION! – Some Marines evacuated over cockroach infestation at Camp Lejeune barracks facility. After a cockroach infestation was found at a North Carolina barracks, the Marine Corps said that it moved some troops out of the building and called in pest control.
