Why Joe Biden Isn’t Quitting – Trump’s Take

ANALYSIS – Poetic justice. I must admit it is heartening to see the entire liberal establishment melting down after their massive years-long cover up and disinformation campaign about Joe Biden was finally exposed.

And It was clear the emperor had no clothes despite the establishment media, pundits, politicians and everyone on the left saying he did.

Of course, we mean this metaphorically, and the emperor is Biden, and clothes are, well, his brain.

It’s even more encouraging to see Biden start wearing orange makeup to make him look, well, alive. And then insisting he will stay in the race no matter what.

So why would Biden defy all the cries by everyone from the New York Times to congressional democrat leadership?

Former President Donald Trump has a few ideas. And I agree with him.

As Newsmax reported: “…Trump said he expected President Joe Biden to remain in the race for the White House despite growing calls within Biden’s Democratic Party for him to step aside for a younger nominee.”

Trump said Monday that Biden won’t drop out because of his ego. Trump also noted that he really doesn’t have to since the president had his party’s nomination locked up because of all the convention delegates he won during the primaries.

“He has all the power, he has the delegates,’ Trump said, referencing the fact that Biden ran virtually unopposed in his primary and has the delegates to become the nominee. Trump added: ‘There’s nothing they can do to get him out,’” noted the Daily Mail.

Newsmax added:

“Interestingly, he’s got a lot of power, because he’s got the delegates. You know, when you have the delegates, unless he says, ‘I’m getting out,’ they can’t do anything to get him out other than the 25th amendment,” Trump told interviewer Sean Hannity…

The 25th amendment of the U.S. constitution enables the vice president and cabinet members to declare the president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office, transferring the job to the vice president as acting president. There is no indication Vice President Kamala Harris or top Democrats have advanced that option.

“He’s got an ego, and he doesn’t want to quit. He doesn’t want to do that…. nobody wants to give that up in that way.” 

But that’s not the only reason Biden won’t quit. Trump also believes that First Lady Jill Biden is having too much of a “good time” in the White House to want to leave.

“I think Jill would like to see him stay, she’s having a good time,” Trump speculated to Hannity. “I noticed she really seems to be having a good time.”

‘Dr. Jill’s globetrotting with hubby and her latest ridiculous Vogue cover is testament to that.

The Daily Mail reported that: “Several post-debate reports reveal that Biden was looking to the first lady, and other family members, for guidance on if he should continue running for reelection after bombing at the debate and fumbling what was supposed to be his clean-up interview with ABC News.”

And that appears to have been a catastrophic failure.

I would also add that the entire family is in panic over losing their lucrative money train. And Hunter Biden is deathly afraid of a federal conviction on tax evasion and fraud, in addition to his gun conviction. He really needs daddy to give him a pardon or at least commute any jail sentences he may receive.

Trump also says it’s too late to get a different candidate on the Democratic ticket.

But if they do find a replacement, Trump doesn’t seem to care. Asked if he cares if Biden stays in the race or steps aside, the former president said: “Well we prepared for him, but I don’t think it’s going to matter.”
