    • I knew Navy and Marine men who were gotten out of China in 1941. They were MEN. I also was acquainted with a few Marine Raiders. They were a bunch of guys one just didn’t mess with if he knew what was good for him. They were also MEN! What we now have are a bunch of sissified gutless pussy cats who would have trouble punching their way out of a paper bag. Our military has become little more than a social club. As it is now, the Navy is decommissioning top-line ships, and for a couple of years scrapping reasonably new ships. I recall serving in one that was commissioned in 1913. That was in 1943. In those days we fought with what we had and not what we wanted. Bottom line? We’d better get our act together or we’d better learn to speak Chinese or Russian. My generation loved and fought for our country when called upon. Sadly, I don’t feel we have young people with the backbone to do it now. Would I defend my country? I’m now 98 and still own my M-1 rifle. Would I use it? YOUR DAMN RIGHT I WOULD!

  1. From what I’ve seen and read, as unpleasant as it would seem, the only defense our country really has is a bunch of we WW2 veterans who put our asses on the line, and are very few, are the only ones with the guts to defend our country again, as we did as teenagers and had our lives changed forever. These young punks who wander around constantly playing with their cellphones simply don’t have the guts or ability to do what we did. Our military is depleted and in big trouble, thanks to our “great leader” Joe Biden and his partners in crime. Any person who thinks our country isn’t in really big trouble is a fool. Any person who didn’t take the time to look at Biden’s record is a GODDAM FOOL! I happen to know a couple. The entire world once looked to us as a world power and didn’t hesitate to ask for help if needed for any reason. Is that the case now? HELL NO!
