President Donald Trump has order the immediate termination of Secret Service protection for Hunter and Ashley Biden, the adult children of former President Joe Biden, citing concerns over excessive taxpayer expenses.
Posting to Truth Social, Trump revealed that 18 agents accompanied Hunter on a luxury vacation to South Africa, a trip he allegedly took to avoid a court-ordered deposition in California this week. Ashley Biden had a detail of 13 agents. Trump described the arrangements as “ridiculous” and an undue burden on taxpayers.
“We are aware of the president’s decision to terminate protection for Hunter and Ashley Biden,” a Secret Service representative told Fox News Digital. “The Secret Service will comply and is actively working with the protective details and the White House to ensure compliance as soon as possible.”

Fox News has more:
Former presidents and their spouses receive life-long Secret Service protection under federal law, but the protection afforded to their immediate families over the age of 16 ends when they leave office, though both Trump and Biden extended the details for their children for six months before leaving office, the Associated Press reported.
Former President Biden allowed Baron Trump to keep his Secret Service protection after his 16th birthday.
In his post, Trump said Biden was vacationing in South Africa, which has come under intense pressure from the administration over its land exploration law that allows the government to make land seizures without compensation and its support for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and Iran.
Trump said the seizures discriminate against White land owners.
As a result, Trump announced that South Africa has been removed from the list of countries receiving U.S. economic and financial assistance.
Despite his African vacation, Hunter Biden reported significant financial difficulties in recent court filings. He cited being “millions of dollars” in debt, a decline in art sales and the loss of his Malibu rental home due to the Pacific Palisades wildfires. These hardships led him to request the dismissal of his lawsuit against former Trump aide Garrett Ziegler, claiming he could no longer afford the legal expenses.
Trump’s official cancellation aligns with prior orders to revoke security clearances and protection for individuals he deemed unnecessary or burdensome to public resources. In his first nine weeks, the president revoked the security clearance of his former national security adviser, John Bolton, and 50 former intelligence officials who had signed a 2020 letter erroneously suggesting that reports about Hunter Biden’s laptop had the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
With the termination of their Secret Service details effective immediately, Hunter and Ashley Biden will now be responsible for arranging their own security measures.

It’s about time. I think that secret service protection should be stopped a year after a president leaves office. They have made their millions and can afford their own protection, not the taxpayers paying for it.
Hallelujah!
The Biden ‘s siphoning tax payers money is over.
Awwwww. Ain’t that just tooooo bad. Entitled children now have to arrange their own security.
Why give gangsters protection ? Does not compute.
