A federal magistrate judge in Florida has unsealed the Mar-a-Lago search warrant.
Former President Donald Trump is under criminal investigation for potential obstruction of justice and Espionage Act violations.
The decision to unseal the warrant follows the Justice Department's request that it be made public. Former President Trump and his lawyers agreed that the FBI's warrant should be released.

Prior to the warrant's unsealing, The Wall Street Journal reviewed official documents listing items seized from the FBI's search of Mar-a-Lago, including 11 sets of classified documents, with four marked top secret.
Federal law enforcement officers took 20 boxes packed with photos, notes and Trump's Executive Grant of Clemency for his longtime political ally Roger Stone. Included in the list of seized materials was an item allegedly containing information about the “President of France.”
The documents marked as top secret are only allowed to be viewed at special government facilities.
CNBC reports:
Eleven sets of classified documents were among the materials seized in the raid, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday, citing documents reviewed by the outlet. One group of files was reportedly marked “Various classified/TS/SCI documents,” which includes an abbreviation for top-secret/sensitive compartmented information.
The others were four sets of top secret documents, three groups of secret documents, and three sets of confidential documents, the Journal reported.

Attorneys for Trump have argued that the president declassified the materials before the end of his one term in office, the Journal reported. Trump, who has criticized the Justice Department since he first revealed the raid Monday evening, has argued that his team had been cooperating with authorities.
A spokeswoman for Trump did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment.
Sources close to the investigation told The Washington Post this morning that the FBI was looking for classified nuclear documents in Trump's home.
Trump categorically denies the allegations that classified documents were at Mar-a-Lago. Commenting on Truth Social just before three o'clock he said, “Number one, it was all declassified. Number two, they didn't need to ‘seize' anything. They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request.”
Legal experts say that presidents have absolute authority to declassify but it's unclear if Trump did so.
Another report from CNBC adds:
The 1978 Presidential Records Act, which requires presidents to turn over documents to the National Archives at the end of their administration, lacks an enforcement mechanism, but there are multiple federal laws regarding the handling of classified documents. Trump signed one such law in 2018, increasing the penalty for “unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material” from one year to five years in prison.
But those in Trump's orbit say that no president is personally bound by the removal and retention rules governing classified documents, which can be declassified if the president simply says they are, according to Ric Grenell, who was Trump's acting director of national intelligence and who handled highly classified information.

I don’t think an “insider” told them anything. I think they purposely allowed Trump to keep the info “planting” it for a future “raid”.
It’s most likely a good bet that something was planted that they will say was illegally removed from the white house.
