A spokesperson for former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has responded to a Daily Mail report that went viral Tuesday, alleging that her husband, Bryon Noem, lives a “double life” involving cross-dressing and online fetish interactions under a pseudonym.
Noem’s camp says “the family was blindsided” by the allegations and is asking for privacy.
“Ms. Noem is devastated. The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at this time,” a representative told the New York Post.
Reports describe alleged online chats, photos of Mr. Noem wearing fake breasts and hot pants, and interactions with members of the “bimbofication” fetish scene, in which adult performers augment their breasts with massive amounts of saline to achieve a Jessica Rabbit-like appearance.

Citing “hundreds” of messages purportedly sent by three women from the scene, Noem’s husband enthusiastically praised their heavily augmented appearances, and proclaimed he coveted “huge, huge ridiculous boobs,” according to the Mail.
One photo the Mail claims Bryon Noem shared with the women features him wearing pink hot-pants and a flesh-colored, skin-tight suit.
He appears to have put balloons in his shirt to mimic comically oversized, lopsided breasts – complete with fake protruding nipples.
The Post has not confirmed the details reported by the Mail.
The allegations have also raised questions about potential security risks, including whether such activity could expose Noem to blackmail.
The controversy comes weeks after Noem’s departure from the Department of Homeland Security in February 2026, following reports of an alleged affair with Corey Lewandowski and ongoing family disputes.
Despite the controversies, Noem recently transitioned into a new role as special envoy for the Shield of the Americas, a Western Hemisphere security initiative focused on combating drug cartels and strengthening regional security partnerships.
