The FBI launched a dawn raid on John Bolton’s Bethesda, Maryland, residence Friday morning as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged mishandling of classified materials.
Agents arrived around 7 a.m., executing a search warrant reportedly linked to Bolton’s 2020 memoir, The Room Where It Happened. The book, which sharply criticized President Donald Trump, previously came under federal scrutiny for potential disclosure of classified information.

Bolton, who served as national security advisor under Trump before becoming one of his most vocal critics, was neither arrested nor charged.
The Justice Department had originally opened an investigation into the book in September 2020 but quietly dropped the case by mid-2021. Now, it appears the matter has been revived.
FBI Director Kash Patel, a Trump ally recently appointed to the role, issued a brief statement saying, “NO ONE is above the law.” Several other officials echoed the same line.

Critics, however, are raising red flags about selective enforcement and potential political motivations — especially in light of Bolton’s very public shift against Trump.
During the search, Bolton was seen speaking with agents at his Washington, D.C., office before departing.

ANYONE who has committed a crime, that is on the books, and that can be proven in a court of law, should suffer the consequencs of such actions. It totally blows my socks off that an administraton, Joe BIdens, could be so criminally acting as they were, but I look at the Biden family and only see criminals who have stayed out of prison so far through political leverage and money.
