A longtime NBC executive who became the interim head of CNN following the departure of Jeff Zucker finds himself embroiled in the latest #MeToo scandal.
Aarthi Rajaraman, is suing Michael Bass, claiming Bass assaulted and then ostracized her after she rejected his advances.
Rajaraman’s complaint states the incident occurred when she was a 20-year-old intern during NBC’s coverage of the 1996 Summer Olympics.
The Daily Caller reports:
“He began kissing and groping her without her consent and continued to do so even though she did not reciprocate the kissing or groping,” the lawsuit, filed in New York under the Adult Survivors Act, says.
The complaint says Rajaraman sought an interview with Bass, who at the time was a senior producer at the Today Show, but that he was “extremely cold and dismissive” and that he offered no help in finding a job.
“Plaintiff eventually understood she was being punished for refusing to engage in sexual activity with her boss,” the lawsuit says.
The Adult Survivors Act was signed into law by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) and creates a one-year “lookback window” for alleged survivors of sexual violence to pursue civil action regardless of the statute of limitations.

What legacy media is & has become
If the lame-stream, fake news, lyin’ azzed media weren’t totally made up of ravenous, incorrigible Democrats, I might be shocked.
Nothing to see here but standard operating procedure of Democrats in general.
