Once again, “Fox & Friends” finds itself in the midst of drama. On Monday’s episode, Brian Kilmeade came to the defense of CNN, correcting co-host Steve Doocy in the process.

As Mediaite reports:

At issue is a tragic mass shooting by alleged assailant Francisco Oropesa, accused of shooting five of his neighbors, including a nine-year-old boy, in Cleveland, Texas. Governor Gregg Abbot has offered a $50,000 reward in the manhunt for the fugitive. In a statement, Abbott identified the victims as “illegal immigrants” while noting the shooter was “in the country illegally.”

CNN reported Monday that the alleged shooter had been deported four times after entering the U.S. illegally. At least one of the victims was a legal resident.

Fox’s opinion shows frequently discuss the ongoing border crisis, often expressing disapproval of the mainstream media’s coverage.

After Doocy spoke out against liberal media’s bias, Kilmeade responded that CNN did lead with the manhunt for the illegal immigrant suspect.

“But I did see this morning on the overnight on CNN they did lead with illegal immigrant who they are looking for. So that’s relatively encouraging,” he noted.

Doocy was not impressed and referred to CNN’s coverage as an anomaly.

CNN made an announcement on Monday that former President Donald Trump will be making his return to the network after many years. He is set to take part in a town hall discussion next week in New Hampshire.

It’s “complimenting,” not “complementing.” If I had made that mistake in eighth-grade, Sister Therese Marie would have smacked my knuckles and made me write each word (with its respective definition) 25 times for additional homework, to be turned in the next day.

I have never watch CNN however, I will watch to see how they treat President Trump with the interview. Will not watch them otherwise.
