Pollster and political strategist Frank Luntz offered three Democrats who could replace President Joe Biden and potentially defeat former President Donald Trump. However, Vice President Kamala Harris was notably absent from his list.
On Friday, Luntz joined Squawk Box and Andrew Ross Sorkin asked the pollster if anyone could realistically give Republicans a “run for their money” if Biden decided to ultimately step down, as reports have recently indicated amid concerns about his age and stamina.
Luntz said:
I absolutely can identify three people who could do it. Cory Booker, the senator from New Jersey, former mayor Newark, brought a city that was on its knees back up to its feet, an amazing speaker, brings crowds, gets standing ovations wherever he goes; Wes Moore, the governor of Maryland who has already handled a nationwide crisis, the striking of the bridge, and understands what it is to get things done; and then Mitch Landrieu, the former mayor of New Orleans when the city was going through the hell that it went through, once again a city that was brought to its feet. All three of them would give Trump a tremendous run for [his] money because all three of them are great politicians.
Sorkin followed up by asking about Democrats’ chances if Harris moves to the top of the ticket.
Luntz argued Harris puts Democrats in a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” situation as her polling isn’t quite as strong as other potential Biden replacements.
“Her numbers are better today than they were six months ago — right now Joe would be yelling at me — so she has improved, but they’re going to ask what has she done as vice president?” he said.
Luntz predicted a “war within the Democratic Party” if Harris is picked as so many donors are against her.
“It throws everything up in the air. I don’t like to speculate, all I can say is if you take away the nomination from her and you cause the Democrats to fall into utter chaos,” he said.

This guy’s just another leftist nutcase. If they could do it, they would have already run in the Primary. Cory Booker is a racist, Commie who’s divisive and wouldn’t get the Independent vote and Nobody knows the other 2 clowns and they’d get less votes than Newscum or the Mooch but neither of them would beat Trump either.
