As political tensions continue to simmer, a unique travel offering is turning heads: a four-year world cruise. Marketed as a way to “escape” the second presidency of Donald Trump, this cruise has gained particular interest from individuals unsettled by the idea of Trump’s second term goals to restore America’s greatness.
Villa Vie Odyssey, the company behind the ambitious voyage, has crafted an itinerary covering 425 destinations in 147 countries. Passengers have the option to circumnavigate the globe and return just in time for the 2029 presidential inauguration. But such an extended reprieve doesn’t come cheap—the cost starts at $320,000 per double-occupancy cabin for the entire four-year journey.
On X, formerly Twitter, the cruise has sparked animated reactions. One commenter shared her regret at not hearing about it sooner, saying she would have sold her home and belongings to join.

Great idea.
One woman says she wishes she knew sooner so she could have sold her house and belongings.

“Four-year cruise. Four-year cruise. Take me away, baby. Take me the heck away!” she posted, reflecting a certain level of exasperation seen among liberals since Election Day.
For those willing to make the leap, Villa Vie Odyssey claims to offer an unparalleled experience, blending luxury accommodations with an escape from the political turbulence back home. Stops in exotic locales, cultural hubs and remote paradises aim to make the journey as fulfilling as it is long.
Business Insider provides further details on the more “economical” packages being offered, for budget-conscious consumers:
You can also book a two-year “Midterm Selection” package for $150,399 for a single cruiser or $187,998 for two if you’d like to try things out at home again after the results of the 2026 election. One-year and three-year tickets aboard the never-ending cruise are also available.
The ship comes equipped with spa facilities and fitness programs, and tickets include meals — with complimentary beer and wine served during lunch and dinner.
…
While a trip on the Odyssey doesn’t offer citizenship anywhere else in the world, it gives passengers “flexibility to escape traffic jams, politics, and the monotony of city life,” a Villa Vie Residences spokesperson told Business Insider.
Following Trump’s decisive victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election, there was a significant increase in online searches related to moving to Canada. Google Trends reported that by 8 p.m. ET on election night, searches for “how to move to Canada” had risen by 400% compared to the previous day. Additionally, searches for “how to legally move to Canada” increased by 200%. Searches were most prevalent in states that supported Vice President Kamala Harris by a wide margin, such as Vermont, Oregon and Washington.
Similarly, other related queries, including “moving to Canada requirements” and “moving to Canada from U.S.,” experienced a breakout status, indicating a surge in interest exceeding 5,000%.
Unfortunately for liberals who intend to follow through on their relocation threats, Canada has recently revised its immigration targets, announcing plans to admit fewer permanent residents in the coming years.

Thanks for your article. It just goes to prove how deranged the liberal democrats really are, they act like a bunch of crybabies. I hope they follow through with their threats, who cares, I certainly don’t.
They better book for 16 years because Vance will get the next eight after Trump!
Plenty of countries will take in these airheads and their dollars. Russia, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and other hellholes. We like our liberty, prosperity, and opportunity. GO BUCKS!
IF THESE FOLKS ARE THAT UNHAPPY WITH GETTING A GOOD CONSERVATIVE, GOD FEARING PRESIDENT BACK IN OFFICE, THEY I THINK THEY SHOULD MOVE TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. I would not like to see any of these, so called liberals, (SOCIALIST’S), unhappy, and I wish them all good fortune, bye, bye.
I’d say “Good By”! Let them go. If they don’t come back until after the 2026 or after the 2028 elections that would mean that they didn’t get to vote. SO Good Riddance!! After living in California for the past 50 years we no longer need nor do we want your garbage. Take your stupid ideas elsewhere!
Why not an eternity cruise? Those people shouldn’t think they’d be welcomed with open arms when they return — no one will be waiting for them. Let them go on a long, long eternity cruise. We don’t need them.
