Police are investigating after multiple Kari Lake campaign staffers were exposed to a suspicious white powder. One of the staff members has been put under medical supervision.
The substance spilled out of an envelope in the Republican candidate for governor's headquarters on Saturday.
Lake campaign spokesperson Colton Duncan provided the press with an update on Sunday: “Yesterday, a member of the Kari Lake staff opened an envelope delivered to our campaign office that contained suspicious white powder. It was one of two envelopes that were confiscated by law enforcement and sent to professionals at Quantico for examination, and we are awaiting details.”
Reporters asked Lake about the frightening developments following a campaign rally Sunday night. The gubernatorial hopeful explained that a laboratory evaluation of substance would occur in Arizona. She added that “we're going to find out what it was.”

The former TV news anchor explained that this was not the first instance in which her campaign has been targeted.
“But listen, we're in dangerous times,” she said. “This is not the first time we've been threatened. I've been threatened many times. Our tires have been slashed. We've had screws drilled into our tires so that our tires would blow out while we're on the road. We are living in dangerous times, and that's why we need to elect somebody who's strong and a fighter and not a coward. We'll get to the bottom of this. I really don't want to get too far ahead of it.”
The Phoenix Police Department previously told Fox News Digital that officers responded to a “found property call at an office building.”
“When officers arrived, they learned there were suspicious items located inside the mail,” Phoenix Police Sgt. Phil Krynsky said. “Additional resources responded to collect the items and secure the area. There have been no reports of injury and the investigation remains active.”

Wow why would the Republicans do that to one of their own? We all know how peacefully the lying liberal progressive communist party is. After the TV show the purge, I believe it’s time to cull the herd of Democrats, specially the highly educated ones who are demanding we pay for their education. Seems there just aren’t that many librarians jobs available, or stay at home $80,000:per year jobs.
