On Friday, President Donald Trump appeared to reference Elon Musk’s alleged drug use during an interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, as the feud between the two continues to escalate. Bash later discussed the exchange with her colleague John Berman on-air.
I just got off the phone with President Trump. He told me he's "not even thinking about Elon. He's got a problem. The poor guy’s got a problem." pic.twitter.com/zNQvtqDX5H

“Well, he [Trump] said that he’s quote, well, here’s exactly what he said. Quote, ‘I’m not even thinking about Elon. He’s got a problem. The poor guy’s got a problem.’ He said he won’t be speaking to him for a while, but he said he wishes Elon Musk well,” Bash shared on national television. “He was-, didn’t seem very exercised about it. And the interesting thing is, of course, the context of this is how many people who are in both men’s orbits are trying to broker a peace deal, so to speak, and trying to get them to talk because of the concern about the fallout in so many directions. I mean the blast radius from this fallout is really, really big, and very wide, but right now he said he’s not interested in that and he’s moving on.”
“He’s telling you, ‘I don’t want to talk to him right now,’ and then he also threw that elbow saying that, you know, ‘the poor guy’s got a problem.’ So, you know, if Elon Musk is waking up this morning, he might view that, I imagine, as a new insult,” Berman hypothesized.
“He might. He also said, ‘I won’t be speaking to him for a while, I guess, but I wish him well.’ He wasn’t, he wasn’t exercised. He wasn’t-, he didn’t sound angry. He sounded, I can’t, I guess, more resigned to where their relationship is right now. But he obviously is very well aware of the impact that this is having,” replied Bash. “And that’s why I found it interesting that even though he seemed to try to put a stop to any speculation or, as you were saying, the entreaties from so many people for the two of them to make up, you’re still trying to kind of shape the narrative about what is coming out of the White House. It’s not an easy thing to do right now because literally the entire world is focused on this remarkable feud between the president of the United States and Elon Musk.”

The New York Times reported last week that, during last year’s campaign, “Mr. Musk’s drug consumption went well beyond occasional use.”
According to The New York Times, Musk received advance notice of employee drug tests at SpaceX, despite the company’s obligation as a federal contractor to maintain a drug-free workplace.
Musk has reportedly used cocaine, LSD, psychedelic mushrooms, and ecstasy at private parties, prompting concerns among board members and executives at both SpaceX and Tesla. The Times and other outlets also disclosed that Musk allegedly experiences bladder issues related to his ketamine use. He reportedly told others he was taking so much ketamine that it was affecting his bladder — a known side effect of chronic use. (RELATED: Elon Musk’s Drug Use Sparked Campaign Trail Concerns)
The Times reporting included interviews with dozens of individuals Musk worked with or knew, along with obtaining private messages:
The tech executive, who was advising the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) panel on federal government cost-cutting measures, would travel every day with a box containing 20 pills, the Times said, citing individuals who have seen the box and the photo of it. Some of the pills were marked as Adderall.

Musk has publicly spoken about his mental health before, describing “great highs, terrible lows, and unrelenting stress.” The tech billionaire has also refused the use of traditional antidepressants and said he was prescribed ketamine for depression, taking it “about every two weeks.”
According to The Times, some of Musk’s friends have severed ties with the tech billionaire over his public behavior.
“Elon has pushed the boundaries of his bad behavior more and more,” Philip Low, a neuroscientist, told The Times.

This article is so dishonest. Nowhere in the article does any reference to use of or non use of drugs occur. Clickbait and the reason media is not trusted. Shame on you.
Agreed. I read this BS in my spam file.
this is rediculous. two men acting like kids. knock it off. our country is in turmoil. focus on whats going on in our country.
Trump has let his oversize ego get the best of him here. Musk is wildly popular with right-wingers and conservatives, and young people. Trump is too quick to bad-mouth everyone who is not in total agreement with him. The only one who controls his sentiments is Putin, to the world’s detriment. Unfortunately, all Trump has is his mouth. if he loses his major support, he’s got nothing. He is about to lose key members of the party, first, for bad-mouthing the questions that Musk has about the useless budget trump is favoring. Second, the way he is treating Ukraine over Putin. These are two main things that I feel will quickly loosen my support for him. Right now, if Musk wants to start a new political party, I am on board, as a Musketeer”. At this point, I am feeling that his actions will lose the House for the Republicans next time, and the Trump mouth will accomplish very little, and if he doesn’t get his affections for Putin under control, this will not bode well for the safety of the world in the future.
