President Donald Trump is facing pressure to use his executive power to block hospitals from denying organ transplants for people not vaccinated against COVID-19 after reports emerged that Vice President JD Vance’s 12-year-old relative was reportedly denied a heart transplant over her COVID-19 vaccination status
In a letter to President Trump, Rep. Michael Rulli (R-Ohio) alongside Rep. Erin Houchin (R-Ind.) called on Trump to take action. Rep. Rulli said he was partially moved to act after hearing about Vance’s relative.
The letter, signed by Rulli, Houchin and five other House Republicans, cited Trump’s executive orders ending COVID-19 vaccine mandates in schools and reinstating military service members who were discharged for not getting the vaccine. “Over the past week, it has come to light that multiple desperate Americans have been denied life-saving organ transplants due to their COVID-19 vaccination status,” the letter said. “This outrageous denial of care has affected some of our most vulnerable citizens – including a child from Indiana and a veteran from Ohio.”
Houchin told Fox News, “Patients – especially children – should never be turned away from care due to government-imposed mandates. This effort urges President Trump to take action to ensure no hospital or transplant center can discriminate against patients based on their decision to decline the COVID-19 vaccine.”
“President Trump has done such a great job recently on executive orders,” Rulli told Fox News Digital in an interview. “And I am asking President Trump if he sees this, to please do an executive order… because you could save someone’s life today.”
“The timing is everything. If we don’t get this done, people’s lives could be at risk.”

The girl’s mother, Jeneen Deal, told the Daily Mail that giving her daughter the vaccine would violate the family’s religious beliefs.
Vance said in comments to the Daily Mail that he would try to help.
“I guess it’s been circulating on social media, but I was made aware of a couple days ago, and we’re trying to dig in and trying to help, obviously, as much as possible,” he said.

Why would it matter is the RECEPIENT of any organ transplant has taken the Covid vaccine or not?
I can see how that may be construed to be a problem the other way around.
This has been going on in different states, it’s nothing new. Although the people I’ve read about were adults who were denied life-saving surgeries, because they refused the “poisonous” death jabs, it’s just common sense that there must children who have also been denied. It makes me angry. Too many innocent people have died because they either got the poisonous death jab(s), or were denied life-saving surgeries, because they refused the “poisonous” death jabs. President Trump needs to, immediately, recind the death jabs in the US. NY, is still, heavily, pushing them.
I understand the urgency of the situation and agree with the need for an executive order IF there is no-one else in HHS that can nullify this rule. I really like that President Trump has taken the imitative many times, but he should not have to take it all the time. It is time for the rest of the federal government, including Congress to stand up and make rules and laws so they cannot be reversed. I see their posted schedules and it seems like both the house and senate have lots of free time they could be using to permanently fix these problems.
Why would a COVID vaccine or COVID no vaccine be involved in any decision on any surgery. COVID is a respiratory disease of the flue family which like the flue with it’s shot goes out of your system after a while. It sounds like to me these doctors are democrats who want to punish people who are still enforcing a left-over order of Biden’s presidency, and these are the doctors left in the medical field who took the shot and so have their jobs. And, the Biden years is still killing people following Biden’s dictates. By the way, I took all the shots due to my old age. Luckily, I never got COVID but the weird thing, many of my friends with all the COVID shots got Covid over and over, it just was lighter each time until it stopped, but still, the shot didn’t stop too many of my friends from getting it over and over with taking all of the shots called for by “Science”. Also, I take my flue shots every year and keep up with my pneumonia shots too. Maybe that helped me because I use to in my younger years get the damn flue every year until a new Asian doctor of mine ordered me to take the flue shot every year. Any way, the patient should make that decision to decide if they want to do a surgery unless their body is not strong enough for any surgery and even then, they or/and the parent(s) should have a say. It’s their life not the doctors. Now, if the insurance company and/or the doctor says no, go to court. This is not the U.K. or Russia where govt boards make medical care decisions.
Stop playing games with a child’s life that decision was not hers, others , adults have changed there minds and been exonerated. Enough said.
