Command Shakeups: Russia has dismissed Lt. Gen. Sergei Kisel, its top commander in Syria, amid the rapidly deteriorating conditions. Multiple Syrian generals, including Maj. Gen. Ahmad Al-Ali and Brig. Gen. Hisham Hael Al-Hakim, were reported killed in drone strikes near Hama and Aleppo.

Not putting the Blame on one party. But everyone involved. I am all for bombing the whole area flat. Or blow a ten mile deep trench with ten mile radius of land mines.
