Anti-Israel Activist Facing 18 Felonies After Allegedly Threatening City Council Members, Mayor

A disturbed woman distraught over the - war decided to unleash her wrath at a city council meeting in Bakersfield, .

Riddhi Patel, 28, sauntered up to the podium during the public comments section and reportedly threatened to murder public officials. The far-left agitator spewed vitriol at the and Republican Mayor for having the audacity to oppose a cease-fire resolution and install metal detectors at city hall.

A nearby camera recorded her entire speech.

Instead of using the opportunity afforded to her to engage in a constructive dialogue with her democratically-elected representatives, Patel methodically expressed her desire for oppressed minorities to rise up and guillotine them. She proclaimed that Jesus Christ himself would kill them and even threatened to murder them herself.

She quickly found herself weeping uncontrollably in front of a judge.

As Patel finished speaking, Goh called on police officers present at the meeting to escort the protester out of the building.

Patel was arrested and charged with eight counts of threatening state officials and 10 counts of making threats with intent to terrorize.

Patel grew up in Bakersfield and works as the economic development coordinator for a local nonprofit, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Patel's next hearing is scheduled for April 24.

Her bail is set at $1 million.
