At least one government whistleblower has come forward to accuse National Labor Relations Board officials of attempting to rig a unionization election against a major U.S. employer. (RELATED: DeSantis’ Election Police Force Makes First Arrests)
“National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) personnel in NLRB Region 14 and elsewhere have engaged in highly improper, systemic misconduct involving Starbucks and Workers United,” the Starbucks coffee chain alleges in a public statement.
Starbucks issued a 14-page letter to Biden-appointed NLRB chairman Lauren M. McFerran and general counsel Jennifer A. Abruzzo, requesting the Board immediately suspend all Starbucks mail-ballot elections nationwide and conduct a thorough investigation of the alleged election rigging. “The election misconduct by NLRB personnel has been reported by a NLRB career professional. This individual is aware of documents outlining with specificity a concerted effort to tip the scales in voting to favor the Union in a Kansas City area (Overland Park) store election,” the company adds.
“Board personnel have secretly colluded with the Union to affect multiple stages of the mail-ballot election process, including the providing, returning and counting of ballots,” the company alleges.
By law, the Board must remain neutral in unionization elections.
The company alleges the NLRB allowed for secret in-person voting for workers hand-picked by union bosses, provided multiple ballots to individual voters, mishandled ballots and improperly provided union bosses with confidential election data so they could target individual voters.
The company alleges the election rigging is widespread, writing that “the available information indicates that these types of misconduct have occurred in other NLRB regions and other NLRB cases.”
The company alleges details of the election rigging are recorded “in numerous documents, including emails between Board officials and Union representatives.” (RELATED: Biden Abolishes ICE Union That Endorsed Trump)
“There can be no doubt the systemic election misconduct described above impugns the integrity of the NLRB election process itself. If the NLRB does not respond by investigating and remedying these types of actions, we do not see how the Board can represent itself as a neutral agency adjudicating unfair labor practice disputes — and elections — in a manner that is fair, honest and proper, without the appearance of impropriety,” Starbucks adds.

Another unsubtle attempt by Biden and his comrades in Washington to put more Marxist, socialist, organizations in place, call them democratic, and then break the law doing it. It is their MO. If they get caught they simply say, “my bad” and nobody does anything about it. When are Republicans going to end this communist coup, or are they really in cahoots. I know only one of my Senators can be counted on to not march in lock step with the commies and he’s even a veteran. We have a guy in the House, a member of the Progressive Caucus and known to hang around at communist events. Now our governor who is a lame duck just went to Taiwan to do who knows what, at our expense I’ll bet. What was Pelosi’s son doing there? She says he was her escort, but some say he had his own meeting with Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturers. Imagine that. His dad has to sell his stock but junior is allowed to go have meetings. Imagine. Again, at our expense, just like Hunter. And they complain about the cartels in Mexico while our cartels are called the Biden crime family and maybe the Pelosi crime family too. How is any of this in the best interests of America or Pelosi’s California district? It is not. It is a bunch of crap and no one is doing anything about it. Instead they use things like this ridiculous misuse of authority by the NLRB to obfuscate what these politicians are doing to line their own pockets while the blame Trump for everything and work against the Constitution and America.
We the people need to remember, those in charge make and enforce the rules, and there is little we can say or do about it..We can try to vote them out of office, but again, those in charge count the votes.
