Two Democratic lawmakers have had enough.
Reps. John Sarbanes (Md.) and Jeff Jackson (N.C.) are retiring from Congress. In a statement, Sarbanes announced his intention to return to nonprofit work, while Jackson is mounting a campaign for North Carolina attorney general after Republican redistricting efforts all but guaranteed he would lose reelection next year.
