Lindsey Langston, the reigning Miss United States (2024) and Columbia County GOP committeewoman, has allegedly filed a restraining order against Rep. Cory Mills (R‑FL), accusing him of harassment and threats to publicly release intimate videos of her if they ended their relationship. She also alleges he threatened to harm any man she might date in the future. The claims were submitted via a police report to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office on July 14, 2025, and later referred to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The complaint includes multiple messages, allegedly from Mills, including threats to distribute sex videos and private content without consent.

Significantly, the Take It Down Act — bipartisan federal legislation criminalizing the distribution or threat of nonconsensual intimate imagery — was signed into law by President Trump on May 19, 2025.

Langston’s allegation includes a specific threat by Mills on May 19, the same day Trump signed that law, which Mills had supported in Congress.

According to Politico, the complaint includes messages and screenshots between Langston and Mills supporting her allegations. Mills vehemently denies any wrongdoing:

“We have not been made aware of any report or allegations from law enforcement or the alleged complainant,” Mills said. “These claims are false and misrepresent the nature of my interactions. I have always conducted myself with integrity, both personally and in service to Florida’s 7th District.”

The incident was first reported Tuesday by Blaze Media and Drop Site News.

Langston told the sheriff’s department that she was in a relationship with Mills from November 2021 until February, when she said she ended it after seeing media reports that police in Washington were called to investigate an alleged assault by the representative against a woman.

Both Mills and the woman denied that any assault took place, and Mills was not charged in the incident.

Langston said Mills claimed he was separated from his wife when their relationship began.

But Mills is still married to this day.

Another fake Democrat complaint designed to take down the Republicans. This whole thing is Fake, Phony and False!
Another stupid attempt to besmirch Republicans like they did to Trump. Cory Mills should sue the living daylights out of these fraudsters.
