Big City DAs: No Crime Big Enough to Do Time

-

The wave of new progressive district attorneys including the likes of – who won election in November of 2020 to become the Los Angeles County district attorney and recently recalled San Francisco DA – are among the many backed by globalist liberal billionaire .

The “megadonor” leftist has sought to remake the American justice system by funneling over $40 million into district attorney races in some of the nation's largest jurisdictions.

George Gascon is just one of the network of over 70 DAs nationwide who received the majority of their campaign funding from Soro's various shadowy groups. But he is in lockstep with his peers, and due to his soft-on- handling of felons in Los Angeles County, he too is awaiting judgment by recall in September – in the face of criticism by his own staff who have pleaded with him to stop coddling criminals. (RELATED: The Most Egregious District Attorneys in America: Self-Proclaimed Saviors of America's Criminals)

Crime statistics in America have soared to the highest point that we've seen in the last 40 years and have been skyrocketing in California, largely due to Gascon and other big city district attorneys who share a “woke” social justice view on crime and criminals.

Gun crimes are commonly left unprosecuted, and in many cases, property crimes are not even enforced. Is it any wonder that gun crime and theft are rapidly rising?

This progressive soft-on-crime attitude recently caused two LA County police officers to die at the hands of a career criminal that Gascon released with a lenient sentence for felony possession of a firearm. Justin Flores had already been convicted and put in prison twice in just over 10 years, but Gascon felt that jail time was not appropriate.

Cpl. Michael Paredes, 42, and Officer Joseph Santana, 31 were ambushed by Justin Flores as they entered the hotel room where Flores was holed up. After shooting the two officers Flores ran out into a group of responding officers which led to a gunfight during which Flores committed suicide.

Both hero officers who were killed by this felon – who had a seriously long rap sheet – would be alive today if the law in California was not being twisted to fit some political agenda. However, because of Gascon's “progressive” policies Flores walked out of court getting only two years' probation, and zero jail time.

Gascon is amongst the worst DAs in the country, releasing a cop killer on bail, establishing no bail for misdemeanors and other so-called minor crimes including robbery, car theft, assault and even rape.

Gascon's elected replacement and another billionaire-funded district attorney in San Francisco, Chesa Boudin, was just removed from office by recall due to his soft-on-crime progressive stand in that city.

This rot extends from Los Angeles to Chicago's Kim Foxx, Cook County state's attorney, to Boston, Massachusetts, District Attorney Rachel Rollins and the newly-elected Manhattan District Attorney and many others – DAs responsible for prosecuting crimes for cities and counties covering over 70 million Americans.

Not allowing our men and women in blue to enforce the law for misdemeanor crimes and certain felonies have had a stark impact on criminal activity in our most populous jurisdictions. Catch and release policies for gun criminals – and politically driven decisions about who to prosecute have led to a massive increase in homicides, gun violence, and theft. (RELATED: Liberal Think Tank Recommends Dealing With ‘Root Causes' – Not Guns – to Combat ‘Gun Violence')

The idea that dismissing a misdemeanor will somehow curtail more aggressive criminal activity for career criminals in the future is egregiously flawed.

The data shows that only strong well-funded who are well trained and supported by prosecutors are the best way to control crime.

With the rise of the movement and the removal of political and legal support for law enforcement officers, a mass exodus of well-trained officers in departments across the country has gone hand in hand with rising crime and murder rates.

Who can blame them?

A significant part of our revolving door criminal justice system is the direct result of changes that have magically appeared after the riots of 2021, supposedly sparked by the arrest of George Floyd.

Mobs of people seemed to go crazy overnight – destroying property and causing death in many major U.S. cities. At the end of this violent wave of terror, hundreds – and possibly thousands – of arrests had been made throughout the . This is when the new wave of woke district attorneys, attorney generals, judges, mayors and police emerged from the dark. A multitude of bought and paid for DAs immediately and perversely determined that looters, arsonists and thieves who were part of these riots were protected by the First Amendment.

The only way to end this crime spree is to rebuild and refund our police forces, recruit the most qualified candidates, and provide them with the training and legal support they need to do their jobs. We need the best, and we need our DAs to stand with them.

We must stop letting the criminals out with no punishment and ensure that the job we ask our law enforcement to do is not done in vain. Otherwise, the trend we are seeing now offers a bleak future for us all.

  1. Soros has always been a Second Amendment antagonist. The current crime wave fostered by DAs who refuse to prosecute may very well be a Machiavellian way to convince the populace that firearms must be accessible to _only_ “government” entities. Once that’s accomplished…game over.

Let’s go, Brandon! Remember in November.

  2. When do the vile evil fraud politicians that foster these criminals become the fatal victims of their stupidity. AT LEAST DO WORLD A FAVOR and CHOSE VICTIMS THAT ARE WORTHLESS.

    • Probably as soon as the uninformed, uneducated, ignorant American voters stop putting these scumbags in office. The scum soros has been around for a long time(how or why I don’t know) but his money does NOT do the voting. Just because he throws money in the direction of 1 candidate or another should tell people who the corrupt candidate is.

  3. These socialist/progressive DA’s need to be recalled as soon as the citizens can get the required paperwork before a non-left court. They, and Soros, are working on disarming the citizens till only their government have the weapons. We all know that will never happen without an all out revolution. With government officials like them is it any wonder this country is so screwed up and badly divided?

  4. Let’s go Brandon!!! Is there a “code” way of saying “Soros” and “DAs”, so the message is not deleted???

  5. The cities who elected these idiots got what they wanted and what they deserve. Leave them alone. They obviously are happy with the anarchy they’ve caused.

  6. St Louis is not as large as some cities, but they have Soros funded DA Kim Gardner. In the first two nights of BLM riots the police arrested and charged 279 suspects. The national media barely noticed as Gardner dismissed all charges, and released all suspects. She also ordered the police to destroy all evidence: police reports, videos, witness statements, etc, so there would be no “prejudice” against any of the 297 who might ever be arrested again.

  7. Very well said. Hopefully, soon, people in these areas that have Soros bought DA’s will wake up from the pandemic hypnosis that our government has put them under and start making this right. San Francisco is the first of many dominoes to fall. In the end, this should all be made right, there is no statute of limitations on murder. It has only been a short time since the looting and rioting of BLM and Antifa after George Floyd’s death, so there is hope for a return to government that values the citizens as much as their hapless stooges they rely on to create chaos and mayhem in America. It is time their coup ended and the Constitution again rules the land.

  8. Is there any data comparing the rise of crime in different cities comparing the rates in cities with different law enforcement styles:

    According to bestplaces.net

Los Angeles San Francisco Dallas Fort Worth US Average
    Violent Crime 29.1 39.6 37 26.5 22.7
    Property Crime 35.1 79.2 50.7 51.4 35.4

Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good narrative

  9. Why does george floyd’s name always comeup in these type of articles ?? When are people going to realize, besides the fact he was a petty, drug addicted career criminal who was resisting arrest when he OD’ed on drugs already in his body — he was used as an excuse for rioting, looting, burning and killing. Most of the rioters didn’t even know who george floyd was, they were just there to steal whatever they could get their hands on.

  10. These DA’s were elected, I take it. What’s wrong with the voters who chose them. We’re they completely unaware of the slant, the orientation, the leanings of these DA’s when they were candidates. Once again, what goes on in the minds of the voters?

  11. In response to Alan’s comment: Concerning election results; remember…the Lie-beral Demonocrats’ voting machine of preference is Dominion. (Dominate). ?And The Beat Goes On, The Beat Goes On?.
