Media Spins Away From Motives In Kirk Case

The left is gaslighting the right. In what appears to be a concerted effort, the legacy media is working overtime to deny the reality that Charlie Kirk’s assassin was a tool of leftist ideology, especially regarding transgender issues.

They believe that they cannot allow the right to be correct about the violent left, so they are hiding it and spinning it away.

Not only that, but they are using the lie that the left wasn’t behind the murder as a way to then accuse President Trump and his team of using the assassination as a “pretext” to crack down on far-left groups; part of their narrative that Trump and MAGA are dangerous authoritarians out to destroy the innocent liberal opposition. While authorities have publicly stated that Tyler Robinson was steeped in leftist ideology, and his romantic partner he lived with was a trans man transitioning to appear female, the Democrat aligned media says there is no clear motive behind the murder.

One of their latest tactics is to focus on the killer’s texts to his trans lover where he reportedly admits to the murder but does not explain his motives beyond needing to kill Kirk because of what the deranged hater call’s Kirk’s “hate.”

Note too, that the legacy media insists on referring to Robinson’s trans lover as his “roommate” to hide his orientation. That “roommate” reference is everywhere. Whenever you see that word, replace it with “trans lover.”

Robinson wrote that he “had enough of [Kirk’s] hatred,” and that “Some hate can’t be negotiated.”

To NBC, this is evidence that leftist or trans ideology hasn’t been proven as the reason behind the assassination, noting: “While the investigation is ongoing, prosecutors revealed nothing yesterday that connected the alleged shooter to any leftist groups.”

As part of the deliberate manipulation in their story headlined “Kirk evidence contrasts with White House claims over ‘radical left groups,” NBC claimed that “the administration appears to be using Kirk’s assassination as a pretext to crack down on left-wing individuals and groups.” And that Trump’s efforts may stifle political dissent. This gaslighting is so bad that CNN’s only conservative political analyst was incensed by Montel Williams’ effort to paper over Robinson’s leftist political motivations during a CNN news segment.

In extended comments, where he implicitly admitted the Kirk killing’s trans link (though mostly avoiding the trans term), Montel’s said: “I think was a emotionally stunted person who literally — when I say it this way, just hear me — tried to defend his significant other, not trying to defend some ideology.”

Unfortunately, Montel ignores the fact that radical transgenderism is a core component of leftist ideology.

Montel said:

…there are people who are trying to pigeonhole this as a leftist thing and a right thing, and what we’re really talking about — hear me because I’m going to throw you when I say this — we’re talking about a love-torn child, a kid. This is probably his first real relationship, and somebody was disparaging the person that he loved.

Ironically, Montel more explicitly noted the trans motivation for the murder when he added: “He sat on that building for 30 minutes before took the shot. Why do you wait until the first word trans came up, then he took the shot?”

Unfortunately, Jennings missed that chance to use Montel’s own admission, but when Jennings finally got to respond, he said:

Guys, guys… the evidence here is overwhelming. He said, ‘Charlie Kirk, I can’t stand his hate anymore. I’m going to take him out.’ The testimony from him, and the statements of his family, he had become more left-wing. He etched the statements that are made by the Left about Republicans, and conservatives, and Charlie Kirk fascist on the bullet casings.

Jennings continued:

So I’m just telling you, there is an effort-, there was an effort all weekend long on the left to try to make this guy sound like he was a conservative. That failed. That was passed around all over the weekend, that has now failed. The evidence has now come out. He was motivated by hate, he was motivated by left-wing radicalism. He got mixed up with some trans ideology in his life. We’ll learn more about that, I’m sure, when more evidence and testimony comes out. We are looking around the edges of this for something other than what’s staring us in the face! Left-wing radicalism got this kid, he went up to a roof, and he murdered our friend, and that’s what happened!
